Easy to get in touch with, answered their phone! Not like most plumbers. Could tell me over the phone what the problem was and came out to me the next morning to fix it! They are very efficient and reliable. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Martin recently installed a new boiler for us as we switched from oil to gas. He gave us fantastic advice and great recommendations along the way as we are hoping to do some future renovations. He helped us secure a grant with SEAI and saved us money with our gas provider. His work is impeccable, we are delighted with the new system. We were so impressed we also engaged Martin and his team to help with a bathroom renovation. I cant recommend Martin and Joey highly enough.

Martin installed a new gas boiler and heating controls for us. We are very happy with his work. We found him really helpful and easy to deal with, he gave us good advice and took the time to explain things. He came when he said he would and Martin and Ben did an exceptionally neat job. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly.

We booked Martin over the years and never had an issue, however this year we are really disappointed as booked in dates for a service a number of times, took the time off work and unfortunately there was a no show on several occasions and very little contact at all from Martin. Martin eventually said he could do another date but again there was a no show or call to say he won't make it.

We tried to contact him constantly and he ended up rejecting our calls and never called back. Now he have no hot water in our house and had to source another company to do the job. This is a pity as Martin worked on our house for years so we were keen to give him the job. Do not recommend for for extreme lack of communication and customer service levels.

Great job! We called Martin when our boiler stopped working in the middle of the winter. He managed to come to the house and replace it within 2 days. Martin and the guys did a very good, quick and clean job. We are very happy with their service.

Martin and his team replaced our boiler and tracked down and fixed problems in our plumbing that had stopped radiators from heating up for years. Very efficient and tidy, you would not even know they had been there when you get home. My house has never been as warm!

I highly recommend Martin and his team. I needed immediate help with fixing our heating system as our gas boiler stopped working on a freezing (-1 C) day in Dec. Martin came out on the same day, and re-organised his team and their workload to fit us into their busy schedule within few days. He also guided us with our SEAI application to get the grant for upgrading the heating system.

They didn't just do what they had to, but also changed a worn pipe that could have broken any time. They went well beyond their duties, while providing quality work and excellent customer service. Thanks Martin again and your team!
