At Your Service Plumbing was terrific to deal with. This was our second interaction in three years and each time we have been very satisfied. Staff answering phones were easy to talk with and calls were returned in good time. Tyler Copeland was our plumbing expert on this job and he did a great job, explaining everything before hand as to what might be the problem and then confirming after inspection what was found to be the problem and how it would be handled. Spent a couple of hours going over everything with us and giving great service the day the work was performed. Would definitely recommend him and At Your Service.

This is my second time using this business to help me with some household plumbing. Both times, the technicians were on time, fixed my problem quick, and didn't try and oversell me on repairs. I love in a 110 year old house with some weird DIY holdovers from the previous owners that need to be updated. Both times the At Your Service guys came out, they offered suggestions and walked me through where things can and should be improved in the future. I have a couple major projects coming up on the house and will definitely hire this company as the plumber for those. Hire them right now.

I had two leaking hose bibs replaced and a new water line installed for an ice maker. Tyler did a great job of explaining how he would take care of the issues and went right to work. He worked quickly and tidied up any mess when he was done. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will use At Your Service Plumbing again. All of the people I dealt with from At Your Service Plumbing were extremely professional. But I have to say that Dan, the plumbing technician that came out to do the work, was by far the most professional. He was very upfront about the cost of doing the repair we needed and was able to do the repair in a very timely manner. And when there was an unforeseen problem, after the initial fix, he was very explanatory about what needed to be done to get the job done.
And best of all he was able to complete the job just under the original quote. I will continue to use At Your Sevice Plumbing for all my plumbing needs, and highly recomend them for all your plumbing needs too.

This is the second time I have used At Your Service Plumbing, over a span of a couple years. The experience was the same as the first. The plumber is very knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service. The job was done properly and quickly. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice for concerns I had with noises from plumbing throughout the house.

This review is strictly in regard to their estimate and bidding practices. I am in the process of remodeling a single bathroom in my home. I wanted to work with a local company and waited over a month to have At Your Service Plumbing come out for an estimate after getting bids from a couple of larger companies. Matt came out and was very thorough and professional.
He took his time and I believe they would have provided quality work based on my interactions with him. After assessing my situation and writing out a bid I was handed a bill for nearly $500 after tax. I was told a good portion of this would go towards the job if I were to hire them. I really wanted to work with a smaller local company but their bid was a couple grand more than the other two bids I had received.
This business practice seems intended to essentially strong arm the client into moving forward with them. In my case, I decided to cut my losses with a half a grand out of pocket.

Elizabeth and JR at the office we're professional and helpful. They called twice, as promised, keeping me advised. I had the impression that the plumber would be on time and solve my problem. Dan and his assistant Kash lived up to that expectation. My neighbor had earlier recommended "At Your Service" plumbing and I am now prepared to recommend them as well.

Brett arrived in a timely manner, got right to work with evaluating the cost, which he presented to me. It seemed expensive, but when you have a leaky shower, it is worth it. He worked on repairing the faucet, had to leave to get parts, returned and had it finished within three hours. He was diligently, respected my home, and the shower faucet handle is fixed completely with no leaks. Excellent!

Matt with At Your Service plumbing did a great job explaining the process and identifying the plumbing issues in my house. He provided clear information about each issue and pricing so that I could determine which items to fix today and which to postpone for a larger project when other drywall repair would be required. I was very happy with the service.
