Services
Cedar Bluff Plumbing is a licensed, bonded and insured plumbing service provider in Knoxville, TN. The company was founded by experienced plumber Chuck McMahan in 1986. His mission was simple: to provide efficient, reliable plumbing services to homes and businesses throughout the Knoxville community at a fair price.
The experienced plumbers have Cedar Bluff Plumbing have seen it all: clogged toilets, broken pipes, slow sink drains, water leaks, no hot water, the tell-tale sign of a stained ceiling beneath an upstairs bathroom. They understand the concerns homeowners have when their plumbing is not working. How bad is it?
A plumbing problem can cause significant issues for a business or commercial property owner. At best, it can be an inconvenience to customers or tenants; at worst, it can mean a shutdown and loss of productivity while repairs are made. Cedar Bluff Plumbing is dedicated to helping commercial property owners avoid down time and frustrations with quality installations, efficient repair work, proactive maintenance and inspections.
Hot water heaters come in various sizes and shapes. Some are standard tank (meaning they heat the water and store it in, you guessed it, a tank) and others feature the newer tankless technology in which the water is heated on demand. Regardless of the type, the experts at Cedar Bluff Plumbing can install, repair and maintain your hot water heater.

Our spicket was broken/leaking so I went to remove to replace. Come to find out the piece I needed to replace was welded to the house water pipe and I had accidentally twisted my copper pipe off. This of course, happened on a Sunday and my water had to be turned off. Called Monday morning and they were able to be here by 9:15am that day. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt.

We also had a child with the 24 hour flu so not having water for even a night was a nightmare. So thankful and grateful that were were able to head over so fast and fix the issue! Their pricing was also very affordable.

Came to the door--No mask on. I asked if he had one, if not I had one for him. He said he was vaccinated. I told he still needed one. He went to his truck and got one. H looked at pipes under the kitchen sink briefly then told me he couldn't fix it. I asked why not. He said he just couldn't do it! I think he was irritated because I asked for a mask. Company was told when calling to set up service that a mask was. requiredmask. He left. No monies were paid!

We called Cedar Bluff Plumbing after hours on a Friday night because of a broken main water line in our front yard. Steven Anderson came out to our house that night in subfreezing temperatures, dug a six foot long trench by hand down through the earth to find and repair the broken pipe, and restored the water supply to our home in about an hour and a half. He exhibited great skill and judgement, and I'm very thankful for his service.

They came to install a new garbage disposal for me and the technician said he could hear something in the crawl, well enough as he installed disposal I went into the crawl and right under the kitchen was a copper pipe spraying up at the floor! Thank goodness he heard it before my floors started buckling! WILL DEFINITELY BE CALING AGAIN!

Cedar Bluff Plumbing did a great job replacing three toilets in our home today. They completed the job in about an hour and charged 1/3 the price quoted by one of their competitors. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and if I need a good plumber in the future, I will do just that! Thank you for a job well done!

Expensive. I was quoted 125 for the first hour to unclog my pipe to the sewer. After about an hour and change I was presented with a 305 dollar bill. I was expecting a higher charge since Cedar Bluff was already the most expensive that I called but unfortunately they where the only ones with less than a 5 day wait. The service was professional enough and they fixed my problem but with their prices I would recommend calling them last.

Great job! The plumbers and the office staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We called several other places and Cedar Bluff Plumbing was less expensive and they were able to work us into their busy schedule when our water heater quit on us. We would definitely recommend this business. Service: Water heater installation

Finally an honest and competent plumber! We have had a number of plumbers over the years, feel like we got ripped off by one. Chuck was great! Was responsive, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with the toilets and hot water, and fixed all of them in an hour! Could not be more pleased. Head and shoulders above the rest, highly recommend!

My family has used CBP for years and all we got in return was ripped off. This is not a fair and honest company. We suspected when they fixed our bath faucet last year that they had charged us for unnecessary parts and labor, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They recently came back to fix the sprayer on my kitchen sink. Not only did they LIE and charge us for new parts and used the same old ones (I know bc I never mentioned that it was cracked, and yet somehow it was magically cracked and scuffed in the same exact places), but the same sprayer burst off my sink AGAIN and left me with no water the very next day after they came out and supposedly fixed it.

I called and said I had no water to my sink again and needed someone back out ASAP bc I have a 3 month old baby and use that sink all day every day. Not only did they take FIVE DAYS to come back out (by then we bought our own parts), but they charged us full price for another service call to install the new faucet when they never fixed it in the first place! We will never do business with this dishonest, unprofessional company ever again.
