I had hired a different company to come out to take care of my toilet that was backing up. When that company couldn't do the job, they actually recommended DrainTech! When I hired Drain Tech, I was blown away at how well he did and how well he explained the problem to me. I won't bother with the other company and will only call DrainTech. They even handled the details with my insurance company! The office staff is really great too! Overall rating: Excellent
