Had an issue with tankless hot water only providing Luke warm water. Plumber was able to identify the issue as a failed cartridge in a shower allowing cold water into the hot water line. Technician was able to repair problem quickly at a fair cost. Office staff is responsive and pleasant to work with. Would recommend.

I had a clogged sink in kitchen off and on for few years due to builder's under sized pipes and not enough pitch. Enterprise sent their highly trained skilled employee Brad to install new 3 inch pipe and pitch it correctly. Also Brad installed a new ejector pump and sump pump. Brad found defects with old ejector pump how poorly builder installed the pump. Brad being pro preventive he fixed the issues. Brad was the best service repair person I have ever had representing a company.

He was so respectful, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything as he went along with each project. Don Stout the owner has a gem of an employee. I am so grateful to Enterprise Plumbing for giving me peace of mind so I never have a back up of water or sewage. Highly recommend this company. Overall Don seems to be a nice man. His office staff was the worst Never answered or returned calls. When she did she would say "let me check, and i'll call you back" never called back. She would say she left a voicemail on my other phone but the other phone didnt have voicemail! Was going to charge me $350 to replace a flapper on a toilet after 3 weeks of going back and forth.

I finally called the company back, cancelled the flapper replacement, and asked to have don call me back. Never heard from him. If you need prompt service with customer service skip this one!

Ben was competent and professional. He did a fine job reinstalling a toilet I purchased from a large chain store. To my delight, Ben also solved as issue that was not plumbing related as I originally believed it to be. It was genius of him!

My water heater blew out. 5 hours later my new one was delivered, installed, and the old one was taken away. Not only was it done fast, it was done right. Didn't leave a mess. Very courteous and down to earth. I would definitely recommend them, and will be calling them back if i ever need anymore work done.

The plumber arrived within the time specified along with giving me a thirty minute heads up phone call. He was courteous, wore a mask the entire visit and wore shoe coverings. Ben came out and pulled out our water heater during our remodeling project and reinstalled it for us the same day. Ben was a top notch plumber. Very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased and will be calling Enterprise Plumbing again for any future needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an emergency with sewer gas in the house (while the house was on the market!) and these guys identified and fixed the problem in 24 hours without any ridiculous upcharges or "emergency service" fees. I have had numerous bad experiences with plumbers - this was a 100% positive experience. I will never call another plumbing service again. Honest, communicative, fair, with high quality and professional work.

Don's crew did some extensive plumbing work at my mothers home. She moved her laundry from the basement to a 1st floor walk-in closet. All new plumbing was routed for this. I wanted someone I could have in my Mom's home without worrying. She was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Enterprise Plumbing did a great job and cleaned everything up. Excellent!

Just bought a home. Needed a water heater as one in house was dead. Someone in area referred Enterprise Plumbing, Inc. to me. They came in at the date I requested. They removed the old water heater, installed the new one. All works well. I asked them to bruing in and install "their" water heater. They didn't have an opportunity to review the installation location prior to arriving "on the spot". They did a good job. Shower is hot, sink water is hot. The installer person was focused and presented himself well.

Enterprise Plumbing is absolutely the best! They are top notch! They always make time to come as soon as possible. They are honest and trustworthy in every way. Called Enterprise on Saturday and spoke with Don the owner who said they could be at my house after 1:30 on Monday. They showed up right on time, and by my standards. that was a good thing. We went into the basement and discussed the obvious.my water heater was dead, but he also pointed out that the configuration of my dual water heater set-up was prone to put all the pressure on the first heater.

He was right as this would be my third water heater. Don suggested I consider reconfiguring the piping so there would be equal work done by both heaters. He also suggested that I replace both heaters. There was no pressure to do any extra work other than replace the original water heater. He gave me an estimate breaking down the specific options, and I decided to go with the reconfiguration option. Don & Nick did a great job, everything was clean when completed, and he took time afterwards to walk me through their work. He also hooked up my AprilAire water line for nothing. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

Water heater died, called around lunchtime and explained we wanted them to come out for a written quote. Appointment was made for 10AM the next day. They showed up at 8:45AM instead, throwing off my girlfriend who wasn't dressed/prepared and didn't have her contacts in yet. While discussing a quote, one of their trucks pulled up and unloaded a water heater in our driveway (talk about pressure!). Explained we're just getting a quote so they loaded it back up. Asked how much a 40 gallon would be instead of the 50 gallon and instead of giving an accurate quote, the guy just said "oh, it'd be around $50 less". Huh?

How is that possible when the tank is probably ~$50 less, but the work to put in the 50 gallon is so much more considering the 50 gallon quote involved a lot of gas line re-working? Girlfriend was flustered and didn't get to ask some important questions before he took off to another appointment. From other reviews it sounds like they may do good work at reasonable prices, but I wasn't impressed with the quote service.

John from Enterprise was exactly what I wanted. Let me start with what I didn't want.a franchise type place that I knew was ripping me off. John came within an hour of me calling. He put some shoe booties on without me asking, which i really appreciate. He diagnosed my problem, presented me with a quote that was a QUARTER of the cost of the quote I had gotten earlier that day.

He had everything he needed in his truck so he fixed everything on the spot. On his way out I asked him to take a quick look at my disposal because it was making funky noises. He found a bobby pin (oops) and didn't charge me for that fix at all. GREAT non-pushy, HONEST service. I will for sure call again if I need a plumber.

I live in Elgin and had a leaky copper pipe under my kitchen sink, i looked through the reviews on Yelp and wanted to find a plumber with a high ranking and someone that accepts credit cards. So, i called at 6pm and figured i would get a voicemail, Don answered the phone and took down all my info and was super friendly and made an appointment for me.

The office called, gave me a 3 hour window, and then the technician called me in the morning and wanted me to know he's running a little bit early and could he come by, very solid customer service skills. He arrived, gave me a free estimate, and it was actually less then i imagined since plumbers, heating and ac, etc etc are usually vampires and want to rip you off the first chance they get.

I thought my estimate was very fair for the work that needed to be done. It's nice to see a company put the customer first and not try and take advantage of them. I will be a customer for life, which is really nice when you are a new home owner like me!
