Wonderful! My home warranty referred me to Hank's.terrible and misdiagnosis. Ernie's was professional, prompt, and honest. They treated us like we were their top priority. Hank's said it was my drainage lines. Ernie's checked it out thoroughly, and determined that there wasn't any blockage and it was as simple as the wrong piping on the hot water heater. Will definitely use again! Ashley

They show when they say they will, they do it right and do not accept poor workmanship, they clean up after themselves, they are affordable and polite and give accurate quotes. I could go on and on. I highly recommend Ernie's in Austin, TX!
