Galaxy Plumbing and Drain Cleaning - Catonsville, MD

We needed to repair our water heater and run a gas line to the water tank. We contracted Christopher Kean from Galaxy Plumbing, Heating & Mechanic Inc. to perform this work. Their work was guaranteed for 30 days. The very day the work was done we saw that there was a big leak in the water outlet and a gas leak - not to mention the very poor cleanup job that Galaxy had performed. We called them to address this issue - even without looking at the issue they mentioned that it was our mistake. I insisted they come and take a look and see for themselves that the problem was exactly where they worked and was caused by them. They were very rude but addressed the issues. 13 days later we had another problem where all the water from the heater leaked to the basement. There was a gas leak yet again. We called Galaxy right away and were once again treated very rudely. We were advised to turn off the heater. We did so and when Christopher Kean from Galaxy arrived he simply changed the settings on the heater and tightened the gas valve. He then said we are all set and presented a bill for $100. We said that we should be covered by his 30 days of guaranteed work to which he responded by shouting abuses in the house and then from the street! He said that his warranty was off and that we should not call him again (not that we even want to anymore). This company is the worst contractor we have dealt with in all these years.
