Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day.

I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

I highly recommend Eddie (and his team) from Johnco Plumbing. His has great customer service, expertise and does quality work. He went above and beyond to fix a sewer line issue on my property. I'll use Eddie and Johnco for any future plumbing needs that I have.

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

I was sent this plumbing company from the service line warranty that I have for water and sewage lines. I checked the reviews on Yelp! Before they came of course and decided to go with them. I live in an old house in uptown phoenix. I knew when I bought the house it had old plumbing which definitely presented some problems throughout the project. A water pipe in my backyard busted and was creating a small puddle in my yard.

They discovered my plumbing was old galvanized pipes and very rusty and eroded. During the dig some of the sewage lines got damaged and those needed fixed too. They had to dig the yard, open some walls in my house and replace all the water lines with copper. We also replaced my hot water tank because it was found to be leaking. One problem after another!

I recommend getting a warranty company that covers some of these expenses. My warranty coverage the exterior pipes but the pipes in my house and the water tank were my responsibility. Pros: Nathan was nice even when I got frustrated about how long things were taking and through some setbacks. Some days I felt like we were taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back.

We would fix one problem and then 2 more would arise. However, I made a list of everything that was happening and Nathan addresses them all. So far everything is working properly and I can get things back to normal. Cons: At times, there was some miscommunications. I wish things were communicated more clearly. There was some trash left behind in the yard like cigarette butts and plastic bags and such.

I wish things happened more timely. I was upset that I had a pipe leaking water and they couldn't get to me for a couple weeks because they were busy. Maybe it's because they are a smaller company idk. All in all, I do think that this is a trustworthy company and they were honest with the problems that arose. I do feel that if something happens and doesn't work correctly they will make it right and fix it. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They did everything camera check in sewer pipe lines. Repaired sewer pipelines. Repaired 14 feet long and installed two clean outs sewer pipelines. Very professional plumber employees. Went out this morning and saw a small sinkhole forming. We have a warranty service agreement through the city. Johnco plumbing was selected for us and I am happy they were. They contacted us within the hour and to our home within 2. Jason was the technician and he did a good job seemed knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I asked for the business card and will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

This company came out last week for an insurance claim. My insurance denied the claim but Johnco quoted me a price. Jason came out today and didn't just fix it he replaced the whole are. We will always use and highly recommend Johnco

Critical: Responsiveness HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left 3 messages in 2 weeks to get someone out with the camera to locate a broken sewer line and still no response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great service we had a leak in our main line so water was all over the driveway and the street. Thanks God I did purchase a special insurance through the Phx water company that cover any repair outside the house, it cost me $63 a year. I did call them I had to wait one day, it was not easy without water in the house for one day, but it cost me 0 if i did not had insurance the cost could be $400. Jason came over and he did a excellent job it took a little over an hour and magic man Jason replaced the broken pipe. So I highly recommend them.

We experienced a slab leak and reached out to Johnco for the repair. Jason did an outstanding job at a fair price. We've worked with a number of plumbing companies, and these guys are (by far) the best I've experienced in terms of quality, price and timeliness. Can't say enough.

I hired Johnco Plumbing to repair the water line between my house and the street. The plumber they sent was extremely professional and efficient. He came out on time and did and excellent job very quickly. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend him highly!

On May 27 (Sunday evening) I discovered water pooling in the river rock of our front yard. I started to bail and dig but couldn't keep up. I shut the water off at the street and called our warranty co. They put Johnco on the job. Jordan called at 8:30am Monday and gave me a 30 minute head's-up for arrival. He did a quick diagnosis, cleanly and carefully dug up the line, found the leak, repaired it, refilled the hole, cleaned up and worked professionally.

It was my emergency and I appreciated his working on Memorial Day - even as a Vet! Since it was a warranted service, I don't know what the actual charge for would have been. I've also been using another plumber for 8 years and will continue, but if my guy ever leaves the biz, I know who I'm calling.

JohnCo Plumbing has went above and beyond with our big project.sewer, gas and water. Trenching, concrete cutting and filling.a lot of dirt moving and then backfilling. Jason was a joy to work with, on time, kind and super knowledgeable.

Let me start out by saying that we have an older home (very charming but it has been a bit of a plumbing challenge). We have worked with Johnco (primarily Jason) many, many times. Jason is always very professional and makes it easy to book appointments. They always get the job done and go above and beyond in situations. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Johnco has been to us over the years. Highly recommend them!

We heard water running through the wall I called our warranty company and they sent Jason from Johnco. He came first thing in the morning. He determined we had a leak under our slab so we had Precision water finders come out to detect where the leak was. Precision let Jason know what the problem was and he came out the next day to fix it He was very professional and explained everything with no hidden cost or surprises. I would defiantly use them again.

These guys bailed me out! After another plumbing company pulled a no-show, Johnco came in and got the job done (and I didn't have to take another morning off of work). The technician (Jason) was courteous, quick, and explained that my garbage disposal had done its job, but that it had just reached the end of its life. he was prepared with a replacement, and was able to swap out old with new in about 45 minutes.

He also walked over the warranty information, and how to ensure I got the full two year warranty. After missing a morning of work and being a bit upset, Johnco saved the day. Highly recommended!

My hubby and his father "fixed" the constant running of water from the guest bathroom toilet. Funny, how it was running again after my FIL leaves. I swear it was just story telling and drinking. LOL! Anyways, I told my hubby get it fix or sleep in the tub! The running water was driving me crazy. He found Johnco online and give them a call. Our tech, Jason came out and fixed the issue.

On his way out, my hubby asked him about the leaking drip system and if he knew anyone to fix it. He gave us 2 options. We took the cutting off supply to the drip system, since we were not using it anyways. About 1 day later the toilet was leaking water outside this time. Oh boy, this is not good. We called and left a message. Then we call again the next day, they asked a series of questions. They sent out the same tech. He explained the issue and fix it for GOOD.
