Johnson Boiler is one of the best, instant and efficient service provider in town. We are utilizing their services since so many years and we are quite satisfied with their level of professionalism in the area of heating and cooling services. We were in search of Boiler maintenance and installation, We, finally found Johnson Boiler last year and we are happy with their annual maintenance contract.

I can't recommend Johnson Boiler Works highly enough. We had furnace troubles today.that's right. weekend, evening, some of the worst weather in months so they're getting calls left and right. Even so, they answered the phone right away, the repair tech. showed up amazingly quickly, was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and skilled.and he had the problem diagnosed, the blower motor and a capacitor replaced (he'd picked up a motor from the shop earlier in the day, thinking he might need it) and was on his way in under an hour.

We're back to a working furnace.thank God (literally.answered prayers). Again, I can't recommend them highly enough. If you need a furnace (or air-conditioning/ other HVAC products or services) you owe it to yourself to seriously consider them. Great people, great products, ready, willing and able to come out ANY day (weekend, holiday."even Christmas" as the salesman told me 6-plus years ago).

Oh yeah.and the other amazing and unexpected thing.the parts were FREE.still under warranty. I've never had better all around, comprehensive service from sale through after-purchase from any business.

The employees were very helpful! I bought some stainless steel sheet metal to use as a kitchen backsplash and they even bent a few pieces for me. Bob in the fab shop was especially helpful. Thanks!

The man i had come to the house to look at our boiler was very kind. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions i had about our radiators. I've never had them in any home I grew up in. So I had quite a few to ask. The price for him to come out and fix the issue was very pocket book friendly. Id recommend this company to any one with the home heating systems.

They were really nice and installed a new AC unit in no time. Literally a couple hours. Hauled away the old one. Cleaned up nice, made sure it was running good before leaving. Will use them again.

We are so thankful for Johnson Boiler Works! Our home warranty company 1st contracted with another furnace repair company. It was a disaster. The other company left us without a working furnace. When the home warranty company contracted with Johnson, they came as soon as they could to see what they could do. It took a few days of back and forth with the warranty company, but they finally approved a new furnace. Johnson got it installed as quickly as they could as we'd been without a furnace from 02/22-03/16. They were super nice and professional. I don't know what we'd have done without them.

We have always used Johnson for our heating and cooling repairs. After waiting our week for our appointment for AC repair our appointment was canceled due to a technician calling off. Understandable. What is unacceptable is that we have to wait 5 more days now for our appointment. Way to be too lazy to call and reschedule your other appointments so that we are still next in line. Never again

I am today, April 3rd, 2019 submitting an addendum to the review that I wrote about Johnson Boiler Works, INC related to a telephone call I just made to this company. I stand by most of the information in my first review submitted in February of this year. This company was prompt in taking my call, assigning a technician to our home and that technician, Michael being professional, knowledgeable, competent, and efficient.

I am disappointed about some new business practices that I have experienced with this company however. We received a billing statement this week (almost 2 months after the work was done) regarding an additional amount due. This was not reflected on the service order that I signed the day the work was done however. My issue is not with the amount charged but rather with the lack of information regarding the full amount to be charged for the work on the day it was actually done and the delay of billing for the additional amount owed.

When I called to question someone at this company about these concerns, I spoke with Norm who transferred me to "one of the owners", Dave West who then answered my questions that I had about the above issues. Mr. West answered some questions without difficulty but answers to other questions were disappointing due to the nature of the information he provided.

He made statements to me that did not adequately explain my concerns that began with or included phrases referencing the small print terms and conditions on his service order. He never explained why the full amount that his company would charge me was not made available on the actual service day either. His excuse for the almost 2 month delay in billing is that he has "a small company" (I heard this phrase repeatedly during my call.) and his 92 year old mother is not able to keep up with the billing statements for his company.

At one point during the call, it seemed as if I was placed on "speaker phone" with others heard in the background laughing. Also, at one point during our conversation he began interrupting and talking over me while I was talking. He suggested during our conversation that I had an issue with the amount charged and I had to point out that I had never mentioned dissatisfaction with the amount billed to me and my husband.

I became frustrated when unacceptable answers were being provided and excuses were being repeated. At that point, I continued to talk even when he began talking over me and he then hung up on me abruptly. Regretfully I must admit that due to the delay in billing practice (this could cause possible liens to be filed on a property that is being sold due to the owner/seller being unaware of additional costs owed to this company), full disclosure of amount to be billed on the actual day of service and rude, unprofessional customer service on the phone (by the owner no less) when calls of concern are placed to this company, we will not be able to utilize its services in the future.

They came on a Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. about 1 hour after I called to repair my air conditioning unit in 85 degree weather. The cost for an after hours call was well worth it! The capacitor had gone bad and they replaced that, checked the Freon and filters, and I had A/C back in less than an hour. I will be using them for all my heating and a/c needs from now on.

This is the 3rd time I have used their services. The reason I keep going back is the level of professionalism they have from time you call until the outstanding servicemen finish their work. They have fixed our older heat pump and today replaced a watertank. When the old heat pump dies.they will be the first company I call. Highly recommend this company. Please check them out.
