Our service today was excellent. I was given a window of 9:00-12:00 and Jeff showed up at 9:00 on the dot. First impressions are everything. I would recommend majesty plumbing to anyone. He did a great job replacing 3 sets of faucets. He informed me my valves were frozen from hard water and said the option to replace was up to me, no pressure at all.

Jeff with Majesty Plumbing was professional, on time, patient, and knew what he was doing. We called him out to get a toy unclogged from our toilet that our daughter had flushed down it. He was not able to get the toy out but he then helped us pick out a new toilet, picked it up, and installed it. I highly recommend using Majesty Plumbing. So the water heater started leaking yesterday, today it was a flood. found Majesty due to the good reviews. called, Jeff answered, got a quote, Jeff said he would be out between 12 and 2. at 12:01 he is backing into the driveway. replaced the water heater with a better model. thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing. I will use him again when plumbing goes to, well, you know! I definitely recommend him.

I had a leak under my sink and I called Majesty Plumbing. From Rose who answered the phone to Jeff who came out to fix my leak-they were both the sweetest people you have ever met. And Jeff was polite and knew his stuff! I will definitely recommend Majesty Plumbing to all my friends!

Called out due to a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom above. Came out quickly but then said that it wasn't a plumbing issue even while watching water actively pour from the ceiling. Left my husband standing there with a giant hole in the ceiling and water everywhere. Took our money and left without fixing the issue or even offering next steps (Other than to say that sometimes tubs just have water drain through them and we should get a new tub. What?!?).

He did give us the name for our contractor friend to come and remodel our newly remodeled bathroom. Not helpful and I filed a complaint with our warranty company. I would not recommend them for repairs or anything related to plumbing. We were lucky enough to have Armer Corporation come out later that afternoon and they were delightful. They quickly realized that the tub drain hadn't been sealed properly and was leaking.

It took no time at all to fix and they THEN checked the other drain to make sure that it didn't have the same issue. They explained the problem and took the time to fix it right. Thank goodness they were there when Jeff and Majesty Plumbing couldn't give us the time of day.

Recommend with no reservations. Jeff arrived on time to check out our garbage disposal which was leaking. He needed to replace it, had a comparable model on his truck and did the job with no muss or fuss. He was personable as well as efficient. It is great to have someone who knows what he is doing on the job.

Came out to give me a quote and showed right away he was not that interested. Reading the other reviews about steep pricing, I'm glad he showed their true colors right away. Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be "quite steep." I caught myself trying to persuade him; I knew where the water came in and that is about three feet down, when I realized he already told me "no." Yes he was polite, but oh well.

Jeff came out yesterday to look at our bathroom sink where the pop-up drain trap assembly had become broken or unattached. He said it would require ordering a part. Despite being quoted $95 minimum for a service call, he charged us nothing and suggested we could fix it ourselves once the part came.

Jeff with Majesty Plumbing has come to my home 2 times. Last year to replace my water heater and this month for the garbage disposer. Jeff is such a fine example of what customer service should be everywhere! He responded timely, called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time he told me. But most of all Jeff is professional, personable, kind and generous.

I felt like a good friend had come to help me out in time of need. I most definitely, strongly recommend Jeff if you need plumbing work. Don't even bother looking anywhere else :!

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research. I called to learn more about their offerings. Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called. When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call. I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call. My suggestion to Jeff is that when someone calls to learn more about your company and the products you offer, you might want to show some better customer service.

A few months ago they installed a water heater. The price was fair and he did a good job. I would recommend this business.

You just can't find customer service like this anymore. Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly. In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos. Not the time to have schedule a plumber. I found Majesty and read the reviews here. I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing.

I really wanted to use someone local. I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade. I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night). Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem.

I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff. More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week. Jeff and Majesty plumbing are exactly why I love supporting the local service industry. I will be recommending Majesty to everyone I know. Honest, caring and knowledgeable, not a combination you see much anymore. Thanks Jeff you are AWESOME!

Called Jeff hoping he could come within a day or two. Imagine my surprise and delight when he agreed to come within the hour! I tried to tackle the broken shower handle on my own and got part-way through only to find the home depot replacement valve caused the shower to leak. I decided help was needed and Jeff was the right guy! He was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. New valve- no more leak!

I couldn't be happier with the service Jeff at Majesty provided. He was at my house within 10min of me calling! (He happened to be in my area at the time, so I wouldn't assume this is the norm, but I'm certainly not complaining.) Jeff and his techs have been out to my house now 3 times and I will always request that my Home Warranty uses them and/or send them to my house. After another horrendous incident with another company of unprofessional fishyness, I called Jeff and he offered me solace until his tech is able to come out. The reason I found Jeff was because of Grace Plumbing.if their service wasnt so poor, I would never have found Majestic!
