Jeff showed up a about 10 minutes ahead of time to look at my kitchen faucet. When he found out the faucet was DOA and it was a Moen brand, he suggested I call Moen, who would replace it free under a lifetime warranty. This saved me money and he didn't charge me for the service call. He came back two days later after I received the replacement and installed it quickly and efficiently. This is a man you can trust to do you right.
