I got this company's number from Aquasana to install my water filter system. I asked to see if they would come out and do an estimate for some work I needed. The lady told me that they do not do estimates and it $167 for the 1st 45 min and $155 for every additional hour. I said, the plumber is going to need materials and I will like to know what the total cost would be for the job.

She said they don't offer estimates. Every company I have ever called throughout my life has always offered estimates. Is it me or does this company sound like a scam. They come out, do your work, bill you an astronomical price, and you are stuck paying it. NOPE not me! Buyer be aware!

We hired them to do work in our bathroom. Very well done. Had rotten wood under our toilet and it wobbled (yikes!). Fixed. Needed new floor tile. Done. Would hire them again without hesitation.

We had a master bathroom remodel completed, Gary and Evan with Merrell Plumbing completed the shower, bathtub install, all the plumbing fixtures, and tile work - to include the floor. They were great to work with and very detail oriented! Every step along the way, Gary communicated with us to ensure that we would be happy with the outcome. They were patient as we had to coordinate the quartz tub counter surround with another company and returned after to tile around the tub. I am so pleased with the final project results! I recently had a new Moen faucet replaced in my kitchen, one which was recommended by Chris. This Tech David Wessco installed new water heater very professional work, polite and very informative about the operation of the appliance, installed new pipe fittings and shut off valves checked professionally for gas leaks with professional tool, nice, neat and awesome job would recommend to anyone!

We have had quick responses and great service multiple times including replacing water hydrant in barn, replacing water heater, installing an RO filter in the kitchen and more. Today was another great example of their service- We had no water this morning and Merrell added us to their already full schedule and fixed our well pump problem quickly!

Extensive Bathtub Fixture Repair Merrell Plumbing, Inc out of Centerville Ohio sent Victor to service our bad cold water leak from our very old bathtub faucet. It required several hours of extensive repair, requiring partial wall removal including tiles. Victor, a very competent and kind young man, by far exceeded our expectations. Included are two photos of the new fixtures and wall remodeling with replaced tiles showing the excellent work by Victor. We are very grateful and would recommend Merrell Plumbing and Victor to our relatives and friends.
