They were able to send a tech out quickly (the same afternoon that I called). The tech was very knowledgeable and resolved my leaky valve issue quickly and in a way that should prevent it from happening again any time soon!
Mr. Rooter employees are always pleasant and helpful. I will not use another plumbing service!!!! Most professional I have ever dealt with after my 15 years in real estate and home building. Keep up the great work!!!
Mr Rooter was a life saver. Our water main broke on a Saturday morning. They worked Saturday and Sunday and were able to repair the main. Our usual plumber didn't even call us back till Monday morning. Needless to say Mr Rooter is now our go to plumber. We were so impressed with how professional and prompt they were and the owner actually came out on both days to make sure everything was going as planned. What an incredible company. Best of the Best!!
Garret was very friendly, professional, and thorough with replacing our main water shutoff valve - and also replacing two new hot water feeds as well. They were also very timely and responsive and showed up the next morning as promised. Emily was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our service. Would highly recommend their services!
Water department sent me a huge bill and when I asked why they said I had a leak. I called this morning to Mr. Rooter and Emily sent Garrett out this afternoon on my time. He was prompt, efficient, HONEST, and knowledgeable about the plumbing. What an excellent and company! What excellent, professional staff! So many thanks for saving me money and headache!
Mr Rooter of Fort Smith came out and cabled my main line when we were having trouble. They were fast and very professional. The lady who takes the calls was very nice and assured me that they would be able to take care of it for me quickly. I would definitely call them again. Best plumbers in town!
Easy to contact. Minimal waiting to be added to the schedule. In our case we called after 5 pm and had a plumber here just before 8am next day. We are repeat customers as well. Dependable service, I know when they leave the problem has been taken care of.
The thing I like best about Mr. Rooter is that they are quick to arrive when you have a problem. When your sewer line is blocked and the toilets won't flush on a Sunday, the last thing you want to hear is that they can book a time during the week. That didn't happen with Mr. Rooter. I called them on a Sunday, they arrived shortly after I called and quickly took care of the problem. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more. ANYTIME I have a problem that they can fix, they are the ONLY ones I will call.
Customer service was polite and very professional. The worker was very respectful he was a nice young man. He did his job quick and even cleaned up afterwards. I was very satisfied with his work. He did a great job 😊
A water heater is important for your home, especially during the colder months. Water heaters frequently break down if not taken care of properly. Mr. Rooter has home maintenance tips that will help keep your water heater running efficiently for a long time.
Check your water heater temperature setting to ensure your water heater is running at the proper temperature. Whether you have a gas or electric water heater, there will be a knob on the gas valve or thermostat of the water heater. Dial the temperature down to between 115 and 120 degrees Farenheit to reach an ideal temperature. This setting will protect the tank from overheating and reduce the energy used when heating water.
At Mr. Rooter Plumbing, our expert plumbers get lots of questions from homeowners about how to save money on their water bills each month.
Your homes water heater is one of the most important components of your plumbing. With proper maintenance and care, your water heater will last for years. One easy way to care for it is to properly set the water heaters temperature.
Gas valve water heaters are really easy to adjust. Find the knob on the valve and set the temperature between 115 and 120 degrees. This lowered setting will protect the tank from overheating and will take less energy to heat the water.
