He talked to my brother, not me I may be bedridden but I paid you. I could not read the invoice he left, didn't write hard enough for the copy. I had questions. I called the office back, still waiting on a call back. I am not too happy.

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn't leak. I've been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue.

The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn't want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there's no part to be had.

When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don't stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn't do properly in the first place.

They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They pick up the phone and show up when they say they will. Have used them twice now and had a quick resolution each time. They are a reliable team for sure.

National Plumbers are my plumbers that I have used for years at my home. They provide excellent service. So thankful to have them come out when my pipes froze last month. Everything worked out that day.

These guys were great. They came out and had our kitchen sink unstopped and flowing again. They worked with me on the payments, they were very thorough, and super helpful. Would suggest them to anyone.

My sink was backing up in the middle of the night and I had to scoop buckets of water out of it for about 40 minutes to an hour before it finally stopped rising. My property manager called a few people, and Kevin from National Economy ended up showing up at 1:40am to help me out. He was more pleasant than anyone should be at that hour and was completely professional, time efficient, great at communicating, and wonderful to work with.

He fixed my sink so I could sleep in peace without worrying it would overflow into the kitchen. I highly recommend him and National Economy. I'll definitely be giving them a call if I have issues in the future.

My hot water heater went out, so I called the phone number for National Economy Plumbers, because my mother had used them & was very pleased with the work & how pleasant the guys were that came to the house, so I called them, too. Everyone was so nice including the person answered the phone to the 2 plumbers who came. The price was right, too. I highly recommend.

I have used National Economy Plumbing for years and without exception the quality of the work and the quality of the personnel has been exceptional. I highly recommend this company. They operate with great integrity and honesty.

I wanted to take the time to express my thanks to Billy and Justin who work at National Economy Plumbers for the work they did on finding out why I had no hot water. Billy and Justin were professional, kind, and patient and now I have hot water. I would call National Economy Plumbers again if I had plumbing problems (and in fact this is the second time I have used them). Thanks again and having hot water is wonderful! ----Eva Owens

I hesitate to recommend National Economy Plumbers because I don't want the whole city to know how great of a job they do. :- They are not the cheapest company in the city, but when its fixed you know it fixed right the first time. They are also the only people in the city that would trust to have work on my 100+ year old home and its boiler heat system.
