The AC unit in my hair salon stopped working and I had 2 other companies cancel their appointments on me last minute. Thankfully I called Pioneer and I was blown away by how fast they were. I loved how fast and efficient their text message system was and my overall experience was so positive. Dylan was so professional and helpful and I will be definitely using Pioneer for all of my future needs!

Requested a technician to drop by and determine what the plumbing related problems there were at my rental property in the late February, 2022, but the technician did not have a common coutesy or sense to call me, the property owner, to proceed with the repairs that would end up costing me a little more than $1,200.00. Because of absolute no communication from the Pioneer office or the technician about the repair, I did not even know if the repair was necessary, or the repair was carried out.

I first received their invoice for the interest charged for the unpaid invoice in the middle of May. Issues with no original invoice never forwarded to me when the work was completed, the amount of interest charged on the unpaid invoices have been either understood and resolved. The issue of their technician assuming he had a unlimited credit line with me, and proceeding with the repair that required me to pay in excess of $1,1200.00 is not acceptable, nor resolved.

I called regarding a leak that had occurred under my sink between the wall that I couldn't find the source of. They sent someone out and as it was a Saturday, I had to pay the double rate. He came, cut a hole through the wall and couldn't find the source of the leak. Then, he spent over an hour meddling with my boiler, which he knew nothing about and had to be on a phone call with another worker to trouble shoot it.

I didn't ask him to look at my boiler as my call was for a leak in my kitchen. Now my boiler isn't working and he never found the source of the leak. I had to pay over $700.00 for a hole left in my wall and nothing solved. Plus a now non functioning boiler that I didn't even ask him to check. To say that I am very angry is an understatement.

Wonderful service. Professional, friendly and fast. Pioneer Plumbing has helped us twice. Once to repair a plugged toilet and another time to set up the filtered water/ice dispenser on our new fridge. We were very happy each time.

Curtis was amazing just finished providing us with the best plumbing service at a reasonable price. He came in completed the work in a timely manner checked all the pipes and made me a very happy customer. We had 2 other companies bail on us and three others that were the worst when it come to customer service. I will use Pioneer Plumbing again, would recommend as well! I would recommend Pioneer to everyone and anyone. I called, desperate, with a flooding laundry room. They returned my text that evening, we agreed on a time one day hence. I was delighted ot receive a call from Ashley advising me she would be arriving within 30 minutes. She was professional, efficient, took great safety measures, yet it felt like a friend had arrived to effect the repair. Great service all around, I was delighted!

I don't live in Vancouver so I had no idea what Pioneer Plumbing would be like. They sent me Joe who was wonderful. He called me 15 minutes before our 8 am appointment and showed up on time. He removed an old food waste disposal and fixed up a leaky toilet. Joe was professional quick and very pleasant. I am so happy I took the chance on Pioneer Plumbing. Will definitely recommend him!

Great and professional service. Jeremy came out twice to my parent's 4-plex house to unclog a drain in one of the downstairs units. It appeared that the first time the clog was cleaned, but as it turned out, it was not. The next day, the tenant was experiencing the same problem - the sink was still backing up when enough water was run between him and the tenant above who shared the same drain pipe.

On the recommendation of Jeremy, and the suspicion that it was grease clogging up the pipe before it reached the main drain pipe, we tried uncloging it using ZEP that uses enzymes to break down the grease. We spent 2 days and used two 1.89L bottles, following instructions including using hot water to flush. When that didn't seem to work, we called Pioneer again and the second time Jeremy was able to once again feed the 75ft snake into the pipe, which this time it appears to have unclogged it.

I highly recommend Pioneer for your plumbing needs, and the only request I have is for them to have a camera (rigid but small enough to fit into a 1.5inch pipe) so we could have verified where the blockage was, and if it was completely cleared. Initially, the tenant and I used a $20 endoscope USB camera to look down the pipe, but the camera was too flexible and we could not feed it more that a couple of feet to see inside the pipe. Again, great service and we appreciated not being charged the callout fee the second time.

I called a few smaller outfits and had a hard time finding someone to fix my HRV. It was not installed properly and the drain line was never connected. I called pioneer at 9 pm because I was desperate to find someone. To my surprise someone answered the phone on a Thursday night. I scheduled an appointment for the next Monday (the day I was available). Kody was my tech and he was quick and professional.

He also cleaned the filter. Kody also fixed a problem with my storm water sump too. I will definitely ask for Kody again next time. With a larger outfit like pioneer it was no trouble getting someone when needed and I highly recommend them.

Great service, quality work and good value. I trust them. When my house was built 14 years ago whoever installed the HRV did not connect the drain to anything. I called a few places and had trouble finding. anyone. The first guy said he had a bad back and was too big to get into the attic. I font know why I didn't call pioneer from the beginning. The have a big crew so no problem finding a skinny guy guy this job. Turns out the HRV was Beverly close to a second attic access so it was east to get to after all. Kody knew what he was doing and I have confidence in him. I highly recommend him.

We needed a plumber to do a small job in the middle of our bathroom renovation. Drew always seemed to be available to answer questions and reschedule things to accommodate us when necessary. Makala wax always a joy to deal with when I called the office. And talk about customer service, she had promised to get back to me with details, wasn't able to. do it during normal business hours and called at 7:30 in the evening to follow through!

We were very impressed! And we were fortunate to get Dan to do the plumbing work! He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and always explained things and listened to us when we had questions. We would highly recommend Pioneer, and specifically Dan. Thanks Pioneer!
