Steve and Don was very helpful explaining their products and how to use it. I was left with my drain clog after construction and their Croc-crete product was the best. It clear in 2 days a very dry concrete in the drain. We apply twice and wait 24 hours each applications. 1 gallon did the job. Worth the price and save us money and the time that will take it to break and fix the whole thing.

Our condo recently experienced a drastic increase in water usage and we determined we had an underground leak of about 1 gal/min, with no aboveground indication where it might be. Pipe Surgeons did a good job of locating the area of our leak; however, we had been told by the owner that they would have the tools available to actually begin the repair job once the leak site was located, and they did not. Instead, they came back two days later, cut through our concrete driveway, found the leaking pipe, attempted unsuccessfully to fix it using a slip-joint connector, then finally fixed it with four elbows and an offset section of pipe.

Their technical work was satisfactory. The big problem is that we were told they operate on an hourly price structure. When they finished, they handed our on-site observer a tablet device and said "sign here". A few days later, we got a bill for roughly 2-3 times the cost we estimated based on their hourly rates. The owner insisted either we had been told that the repair was a fixed cost service or one of his guys was going to get fired.

Multiple attempts by our president and treasurer to discuss the issue with Pipe Surgeons were met first with resistance, and then by avoidance. If you're going to use Pipe Surgeons, be very careful to determine their price up front - not just for the leak detection, but for the repair as well.

Professional and efficient, these guys have some high tech tools to get the job done and know how to use them. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Pipe Surgeons, they are very honest, informative, precise and really care about the customer's concern. I had called to have somebody come out and do a leak test and rather just send somebody out and charge to say no there is not, I was on the phone for almost an hour learning what was really going on in our situation free of charge. He had given us some very friendly and professional advice and was very informative about what was going on. I would trust them with any job at our house!!!!

Eric, Pat and Alain did an awesome job installing 2 liners in our 60 yr old cast iron sewer pipes. While it was expensive, the peace of mind is priceless. And a much better option than ripping up the flooring and slab. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I had a plumber tell me I had a leak and to call a leak detection company. I unfortunately called Pipe Surgeons. The company never located the leak amd simply said it could be in either of ten two bathrooms or the kitchen (the only places inside the house where water runs). I tore a wall after these people sent me a picture alleging the leak was there underneath the slab.

No leak was found. After I sent pictures to the guy to show there was no leak he alleged that he sent the picture because I supposedly requested a picture of my vanity. for no reason. Then he blamed me for having a plumber with no "pipe tracing equipment". he appeared to have forgotten that he was paid to find a leak and the plumber was there to fix it.

After he was proven wrong, the diagnosis changed from tej bathroom being the culprit to the kitchen. and ended tej text message by basically saying that if it wasn't in the kitchen he'll come back out again! Please don't waste your money on these people. I am now disputing the charges with my card as I have plenty of evidence from text messages.

Amazing company. We had a huge issue with a cast iron drain line under our house's foundation. The two previous plumbing companies we contacted told us our only option was to cut up the foundation to replace the pipe as it literally did not have a bottom and had completely corroded away. I called Don, the owner, and spoke to him multiple times - he ensured me that Pipe Surgeons would not need to cut the foundation.

The technicians sent out, Eric and Pat, were absolutely astonishing. They were clever, creative, and they never gave up. In the end, they were able to rebuild the bottom of the pipe, install a liner, and save my entire house from being demolished in the process. I would highly recommend Pipe Surgeons to anyone in need of cast iron pipe repair.

We had Tim and Louis come to the house because we thought we needed to have the pipes lined because of an ongoing bug problem that we could not get rid of. They were efficient and effective, he proceeded to clean the pipes underneath the duplex to a point where they're almost brand new. When they were finished they went above and beyond found the source of the bug problem which happened to be an old kitchen line that was never tied into the new septic system.

Could not be happier with the results and extremely pleased with their professionalism. I have already recommended them to some of my neighbors who stopped to watch them work.
