Snow, Sr. (Sonny) and Tom Novak decided that Irving was in need of a dependable commercial/residential plumbing company.

EXPENSIVE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. No rough estimate provided before starting to work. I happend to call them last month while having my restroom clogged. As per phone conversation, I was told technician will be there and look around the issue and then will give me details. Then, we can agree to work on it or not. And the charge was told as below: $60 service charge and $140 per hour cost.
I agreed to the deal. But when technician arrived, they start working on it without providing me any details about what needs to be done and how much time they might take to complete the task. They took 2.5 hrs to complete task. Since they were charging me per hours, I ended up paying close to $500 for it. So far, restroom seems to be working fine (no complain about technician part). Later I called S&T to ask why rough estimate and details was not provided to me beforehand, she was very unprofessional.

They arrived at the time they promised and completed the job professionally. But they are very $$$$ expensive. Expect a $60 trip charge just to show up on top of $95 an hour time charge. If the bill runs over a $1000 and you choose to pay by credit card then there will be a surcharge on that. If that doesn't bother your pocket book then I highly recommend them. Plumbers for some reason, that I don't understand, are very expensive.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it.
We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake.
The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

Unethical & Shady Billing! Please do not use this company! Trust me this is a real experience! They over billed the actual hours, raised the hourly rate from what was quoted on the phone, wasted time on the job to increase billable hours, added 2 new (undisclosed) charges to the 3rd revised invoice (probably to compensate for the lower invoice amount after I provided time - date stamped photos and texts) and actually bully you into paying with threats of a lien (how's that for respecting the customer).
They tell you one thing on the phone and the invoice completely contradicts what they say. I deal with many plumbers with our business and this is the first one who has not kept their word and tried to over charge (and charge for time they wasted). They even try to charge you for going and getting parts because they don't have them on the truck.
The owner Trey actually told me he thinks other plumbers can't be trusted and are incompetent (WOW!). Only his company has intelligent & trust worthy plumbers. so even though I had 3 other guys tell me (and I told 3 of his guys) what was needed and where it needed to be done they chose to waste 2 hours doing a line detection which was not needed since a new line had already been laid and the main line was dug up and exposed at the house.
I highly recommend contacting the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to get assistance in dealing with them. They were recommended and we had high hopes that this could be our new go plumber for our company but unfortunately in my opinion they are beyond horrible and cannot be trusted. Please, please call a different plumber!

This company will be my 'go to' plumbing company from now on! I had a problem with my hot water heater and called my home warranty company who allocated another plumbing firm. Their technician failed to even open up the unit before coming to the wrong conclusion about what was wrong with it. Having been without hot water for 2 days I called S+T Plumbing as a local company for advice.
Even though they were not able to come out the same day, they went above and beyond anything I have experienced before to help me sort the problem out. I now have hot water, and a very happy family! Thank you

Fantastic work, honest and very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother who lives in a high rise just called to tell me how pleased she was. They fixed a "Singing" toilet that three plumbers previously had failed to repair, they fixed a garbage disposal that had a screw jammed under the blade as well as a shower leak. Reasonably priced.

MAKE SURE BEFORE TO ASK THEM FOR NOTHING We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for "estimates " as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient! My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate. One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving.
They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee. I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

Came to our house today as a referral from our contractor that is building a patio for us. One of his workers ruined the bib outside and had to be replaced. Cause the contractor referred the plumber we asked plumber to fix a toilet and a leaky faucet In the tub area. A handyman could have done this work without much effort. Cost 407.00. Serivice call 55. 90. OO an hour labor. 202.50. Supples came to 95.88. Plumber went to Home Depot to get parts. Charges 45.00 to go get the parts. I thought Plumbers were to have parts in their truck. Whole process was a rip off. Get an estimate before plumber from this company starts work.
