No call/no show. I called them to get a gas hookup installed in my laundry area, and the guy came out on a Thursday, gave me a quote, and made an appointment to complete the work the following Sunday. My appointment was between 8-12. At 1:30, I called to see if he was still coming and the woman who answers the phone said he was, he'd call when he was on his way.

And he just never showed up. Never called, either. I understand that service schedules are hard to predict and stuff happens, but at least give us the courtesy of a phone call. I literally waited all day for him to just never show.

The service was pricey but comparable and fair. The plumber was on time and very kind. He gave me a lot of information so I felt he was very trustworthy.

My aunt called these guys out to fix some problems in her older Orangevale house. I actually have used these guys in the past also. My aunt has asked me to leave this review.5 stars, they came out very quick, and figured out what was wrong with her drains and fixed the problem. They also replaced & installed her kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and fixed her dishwasher.

All for $1,200.00. The workers name was "Pete". He treated my aunts with great respect and gave them a more than fair price for all the work he did. Thank You "Pete".Thank you "Service Now".

Awesome quick service on a Saturday to investigate a plumbing issue at my mom's house! He quickly found that the problem was with the city sewer line, and gave me the number to call the correct department with the City of Roseville. There was no charge for the service call and he saved my mom what could have been hundreds a dollars! Thank you!

Good luck getting through. The woman who answers the phones puts u on hold before saying hello or she just plain hangs up on you. Must be nice to be so busy that you can treat potential customers any kind of way. Rude and unprofessional, especially as the initial contact of the company.

I used this company in December 2017. They repaired water leaking from my shower faucet for $250. Fast forward to today and my tenant calls me again saying she's having the same exact problem, so I call the company back up because it has not even been a full year and they say there's nothing they can do. The warranty is only 30 days. I would expect that if I paid a PROFESSIONAL plumber to fix my problem, that I would not be hearing about the same problem less than one year later.

The only thing they can do for me is send someone out to see what's going on, but that would be the same as asking for a service call. Now, why on earth would I want to pay your company to go back and repair the same problem you supposedly fixed the last time you came out? If I'm gonna have to pay someone to fix it, I think I'll take my chances and go with someone else since the job obviously wasn't done correctly the first time.

When I first bought a house in Roseville I needed something on my water tank to make it compliant with the city. Anyhow they did a great job and when I had a problem with outdoor plumbing I Called back and got Nick deployed the next day. Nick was so efficient and great! He took time to explain to me something that I am not a professional at and checked my system to assure it was top notch. I will always use service now plumbing and sprinkler! Thank you Nick!

I had a leaky tub faucet & decided to tackle it myself. I got in a little over my head & had to call Service Now Plumbing for help. The people who work there are amazing! They understood the urgency & sent a plumber over to fix it. He was kind, courteous, & worked quickly! I would highly recommend Service Now Plumbing.

I had Bryan come out to do a irrigation valve repair. He did a good job and charged me a fair price. While there he briefly inspected a problem I was having in my bathroom sink. I later called to make an appt for him to give me a full bathroom remodel estimate. Unfortunately no one showed up for the appt. After 20 minutes, I called the office and was told he would be busy for the remainder of the day. When asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told the person answering the phone, "No thank you. I do not do business with people who do not bother to call to cancel."

I had a problem with my second bathroom over the weekend, the toilet was leaking out of the bottom and had been consistently running for a long time. I called another company and they basically left me hanging for hours, then I decided to call Service Now and they were literally at my door within an hour. Kevin was so nice and he explained to me what was wrong and how he fixed it! I really appreciate the quick service thank you Kevin!

James Carroll came to my house to repair a sprinkler valve and replace a sprinkler head. He was very informative, very thorough in checking and adjusting all of my sprinklers and even taught me a few things to watch for so that I can be proactive with my lawn. Great Customer Service!

Bad service. I wouldn't never call them again. They have multiple people saying different things. At the end I ended up paying them for nothing. Bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Had to call them out again and this time, had the pleasure of meeting David! He was able to locate our main clean out and quickly got started snaking the line. It was after midnight, damp and cold, but he never gave up even when the snake kept going under the house and not towards the street. Finally, the line popped and we both cheered! I must say that this company is great and David did an Awesome job, thank you!

Exceptional service and reasonable rate! So it never feels great when your pipes are backing up and it's the day before a holiday and you'll be having family staying with you! After several hours of my husband working on the problem, we decided we needed a professional. James to the rescue! He showed up promptly, was professional and friendly and worked diligently trying to unclog stubborn roots.

He even drove back to his warehouse to retrieve a high pressure water system and was able to finally clear the clog. He worked late and was certainly tenacious. Where others may have given up, he continued on until the issue was resolved. We felt given the circumstance, another company could have either given up or charged us an astronomical rate. (the rate was VERY reasonable) We will definitely be using James and Service Now! In the future. Thank you for the extremely good experience.

Thanks to Service Now! I can operate my outside BBQ and sleep soundly at night knowing my gas line is installed correctly. Jimmy and Brian are a joy to work with and offer excellent customer service. Previous to hiring Service Now! I had hired a general contractor to run a gas line to the outside BBQ. He screwed me royally. The gas line was not up to code, was not safe, was not permitted, and wasn't big enough to run my Fire Magic BBQ.

Service Now! saved the day. They dug a trench from my gas meter to my outside BBQ, ran the gas line to two places, got it permitted, and cut and capped the old gas line so it would never be used by anyone. The work was lightning fast, neat, done with perfect attention to detail, and best of all, it was done right! If you're looking for a company who will get in, get the job done, and do it right. Call Service Now! I would hire them again and when asked, I recommend them to family and friends.

BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My property manager called this morning and said the water main was out to a duplex I own, and it would be $4,000.00 to repair. When I arrived the repairman from Service Now Plumbing said it was old galvanized waterline and had to be replaced. The repairman had not even dug down to the leak to determine the cause. I said it was a plastic line and please patch it.

He said it would take all day and be $1,000.00. My tenant and his Dad volunteered to repair it. It took them about an hour, and a fifty cent elbow. The employee is either incompetent or dishonest, either way do not use this company!

Excellent Service! They were quick to fit me in. The man who came to my house was clean and honest. He got right to work, gave me a quote for the repair, and explained my options. I haven't had an issue with the plumbing since. I recommend them to anyone.

Indeed something is scary wrong with this company. They sent a young man out to do a sprinkler head repair in the backyard. The young man seemed pleasant, but he definitely acted like he had no clue about what he was doing. He had to keep calling someone else at his company and asking them questions. I left him alone to do his work, and I told him I would be inside if he needed me.

Next thing I know my painter got my attention in a hurry.he said he just SAW this man messing with the pipes in the FRONT of our house, and that the he had broken a pipe (in an area where he was not even working).and that this Service Now repairman just took off. My painter said he offered to help the guy, but the young man just ran to his truck/van and tore off.

My PAINTER then ran to shut off the water - it was a geyser flooding our street. I am shocked that the Service Now repairman broke the pipe, and just took off leaving the water gushing like that. If my PAINTER knows how to turn off the water, shouldn't THIS PLUMBING/SPRINKLER repairman have done that rather than leave it gushing? A few hours later this Service Now repairman reappeared at my front door.

He presented me with an $800 bill. I was stunned at the $$$ amount (fairly certain now that he charged me for the damage that he did, the repair of his damage and his time). I was so stunned at the whole experience. He scrambled out of here with water gushing, doesn't turn the water off, and later charges me $800.00 for a sprinkler repair? I regret not checking the YELP reviews before calling this company.

Don't do it. It's "service not"! This company must be laughing their way to the bank. Every day. After spending the majority of the service time arguing with the technician trying to explain the problem and what me "the customer" wanted. I know my yard and sprinkler behaviors better than anyone. And yet He wanted no part of listening to me.

All He did was talk his way out of doing any work and tell me what HE wanted to do. And then give me a $375 bill for changing a sprinkler timer and sprinkler head. He challenged everything I tried to tell him. When I wanted another sprinkler put in he told me no it's getting spray from the sprinkler but in the meantime that area is crispy brown and dead.

And when I asked about putting in a new line for that area he wanted no part of it. His answer. "not even sure we can get trencher in here (mind you I have double door gates to my property that a tractor was able to get through) and by the way it will cost you about $1300 to trench the area which is all of 15 feet. (I could have dug it myself). I finally said "enough".

Just fix timer and sprinkler--- but oh, and he didn't even have a timer on his truck so he left for an hour+ then came back. Never once did cost come up. Just a fat invoice for $375 for installing a $40 timer at best and $10 sprinkler head with his total on-site time of 90 minutes which includes all his arguing. Guess someone had to pay for those trucks to be painted with "service now"! For me it's service robbery. Buyer beware of these guys. Not my first rodeo with them either. Shame on me for doing it again. Shame shame shame.

The owner, Jimmy Chillquist, was so good to work with right from the start. He and one of his employees - Keith - came out a total of three times before I even hired them! I have another review on their other company - Sprinkler Logic - because they both worked on my backyard drain project. See that review for my 5-Star rating on the work that was done.

This review is on Jimmy and Keith before I hired them. As I mentioned, they came out a total of three times before we even gave them the go ahead on this project. They snaked my house drains to see where they were flowing to after my pool was put in and all of my drains were destroyed. No other company did this - that would have been ignored by the two other companies I had called out.

It turned out the job was a lot bigger than my pool guy had explained and if it weren't for Jimmy's expertise we would've been screwed come Winter. As I mentioned in my other review - these guys were the most expensive - but they were also the most thorough, professional and considerate of all the companies I called out. Their customer service was excellent. Out of this whole nightmare pool building experience this summer - Service Now and Sprinkler Logic were the highlights. I would recommend them 100%!
