We have a fully trained service staff and a stocked 24,000 square foot warehouse. This helps makes our service department second to none and ready to solve almost any issue you may have on the first trip. Parts, heads, controls, tanks, you name it. Whatever you may need, we likely have in stock or at minimum available the next day. We also offer 24-hour emergency service for those times when it just can't wait until tomorrow.
Most municipal water systems other than the municipalities being served by Milwaukee water are around 22 grains hard. If you do not know your hardness, fill in 22. If you have a functioning softener that does not need replacement at this time, put in 0. What a company! They came out to quote our water softener and had one installed the next business day! The installer came in the middle of a snow storm, which didn't stop him. I have never seen a harder worker! He shoveled and salted my whole drive way ( a quarter mile hill) so that he could get up it! He even used a dolly for some of the pieces while the snow melted enough to drive up!
He was efficient ( in and out in a few hours). He cleaned up the area and left it all very orderly! Would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Rick for your kindness and diligence!

Had soft water come out and fill a pressure tank, the tech failed to reset all my breakers to operating condition including the secondary switch to the dishwasher, I called soft water right away and they ignored the problem. They said it was not something there tech did. I left the dishwasher not working for 2 months thinking my dishwasher broke, finally called an electrician to come out and they had to reset the secondary switch that goes to the dishwasher. Called Dave the supervisor or owner at soft water, he has not very helpful or helpful.
Soft water bill was $250 and the electrician/ Plumer that came out charged another $150 and soft water would not cover the bill or give a discount on there service. Dave blames my breakers not being labeled correctly, and would not help at all, He was very aggressive and combative and threatened to send the file to the company attorney. At that point conversation ended

Everything was great except the inability to tell the exterior temperature. Their sign incorrectly stated - dare I say LIED - that it was only 13* F. In reality, as confirmed by Getman engineering, it was actually 16* F. This goes hand-in-hand with the medias inability to fact check. Clearly fake news. We are simply left guessing the company's ulterior motive. Furthermore, Bigfoot was in the parking lot.

I had a couple different companies come by and test our water and quote me a water softener system, and Soft Water was the most knowledgable and helpful. These guys know their stuff. They have a nice rent-to-own setup to get you set up with a system for around 20 bucks a month, with the option to purchase later. The installer went the extra mile and gave me some valuable pointers on how to clear debris out of the lines and get some extra water pressure at the faucets.
