The week of Jan 10th, we had quotes to replace an ancient water heater w/ a high tech tankless model and our furnace. Of the 3 quotes, T & G was in the middle. We chose the cheapest bidder to replace the water heater. After he started the job he turned out to be incompetent. The next Tuesday, the furnace quit. T & G adjusted their schedule and came out the next day and had us up and running. The next Sunday, the water heater burst. We called into to T & G and had not one, but three calls back on Sunday, (one from the owner). They scrambled to have servicemen out Monday at 8:30 am, who stayed until 7:30 pm to have hot water flowing. (Despite having been shipped a package with missing parts). They came back with the right parts and finished up the job. While they were there we noticed a water pressure drop that they traced to a broken shower handle. They were able to replace that without an additional service call. Needless to say they will be our only choice for plumbing and HVAC in the future.
