What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! I found Jan Ashford via Reddi (from the company's website it looks like Reddi acquired Jan Ashford which is fine because you can track your driver so you know it's the right person). I liked that they came out for a free no obligation estimate, which apparently can be hard to find since other companies wanted to charge me $60+ just to come out, pre-quote. They couldn't give me an exact time, but told me they could fit me in today and the plumber would call me 30min beforehand to check if I was available or not, so I went with it and they actually called a few minutes later to say someone was available now. Great!

I also got a text with a picture of my technician, and a brief description about him which was very nice. And again, you could track your driver in real time to see where they are driving which is great. The only reason for four stars instead of five, is that I wish their minimum charge would've been closer to $50. I ended up paying $80 for a very easy and quick job (less than 5min).

Gerald was simply terrific. We had a bunch of work done this summer by him (3 new toilets installed, a kitchen faucet, and a household water filter) and he was efficient, kind, and helpful. He had to work around the fact that the whole family was home - so he made sure to keep us posted on when the water was shut off, when it was back on, and kept us informed about how the installs were going. Everything has been working well since. We will absolutely call Gerald at Jan Ashford Plumbing again if need arises.
