With over 30 years' experience, Joe has worked his way up from project managing and estimating to President of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. He oversees all aspects of operations. He currently holds a Journeyman license (AZ & NM), our AZ Mechanical License & the NM Plumbing and Mechanical licenses.

RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. has many plumbing projects including tenant improvements, schools, high rise condos, hospitals and medical facilities, auto dealerships, restaurants and retail, hotels and country clubs, parks and rest areas. We contract approximately 150 commercial jobs per year, ranging in size from $1,000 to $20M. We are capable of design assist projects and taking the lead in CAD designing an entire project.
