Reached out to Rooter-Man for a clogged drain and they got right back to me. We scheduled an appointment for a 2 hour window. I received text confirmation and a reminder, which I appreciated. The technician, Chandler arrived right on time. He was polite, professional and got our drain cleared quickly with no mess left behind. We'll know who to call next time this happens! I highly recommend this service provider!

We had a soft clog in our septic drain line before the tank. Luis was great to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and just a great guy to work with. He gave us some great information on what was going on and even TV'd the line that showed an offset in the line which was catching TP, etc. Will definitely use the company in the future if need be. Fantastic!
