Chris form golden west was fantastic. He quickly solved a very loud noise in our ac system that was driving us crazy for a great price. Absolutely exceptional experience with Ben Pitcher. Never thought I would say that about a plumber but here we are! Ben was extremely professional, educational, and had the problem addressed quickly. He truly is passionate about his work and was even entertaining! Thankfully the fix was minor but given the experience we will only call Golden West in the future. The world needs more people like Ben! Thank you!
