We had a strange initial seasonal AC tune-up appointment with one of their technicians (who I'm pretty sure they let go shortly after) - and when we told them about it, they went out of their way to rectify the situation. They scheduled us an immediate follow-up and sent one of their longest-tenured pros over to soothe our concerns. Specific shoutout to David, said long-tenured pro. We had an AC refrigerant leak, one of the most annoying possible issues - David walked us through how they were going to get to the bottom of it, was incredibly detailed, answered all our questions and helped keep our repair costs reasonable.

He also noticed a totally separate issue with our water heater being non-compliant with code - and fixed that for us as well, for a minimal cost. We're very happy with how Manwill took action to make our experience with them better. We'll be sticking with them moving forward.

We purchased our heating and air conditioner from Manwill and have always been very pleased with the service. However today working with Paul was certainly a cut above the rest as far as experiences go. He was extremely helpful and patient and got our heat back on in the middle of a snow storm. I decided to have manwill come by to give a second opinion on a furnace that wasn't working. Another company (I won't say who) had told me the furnace had $1600 worth or repairs to do and since it was 16 years old that it made more sense to replace it. I'm glad I called Manwill because they fixed it in 45 minutes for $300. It was a simple heating element. It's so nice to deal with an honest company. I'll certainly hire them again.
