I had my non-functional water heater and toilet replaced today. The plumbers were professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about the issues they found. They took the time to explain everything that was going on (corrosion, leaking pipes, running toilet which led to high water bills, pressure relief valve not working like it should). They had everything they needed to resolve all the issues, including a new water heater and toilet.
The work was high quality and done in a very reasonable amount of time. There was no pressure on me to purchase anything from them. Yes, it was more expensive than I anticipated, but since the work was top notch, I can't complain. I highly recommend My Plumbers Plus - especially the two plumbers who did my work - Issa and Hamid. A+ work done by both - thank you again for your great work.

Dryer plug was out. Repairman was great but even though I told them what it was he didn't have a replacement plug. Asked if anywhere close I could go buy one while he waited. But as far I went and bought one and he told me how to install - which was great. BUT it was hard to install so he had to come back and do this - and the cost of first visit was $80 and then second was like $240 - should've been done in one visit with part - seems amazing they wouldn't have a 3 prong plug. Other than that they were very responsive on when they were coming - though canceled for a day the first time - and the repairman, Tony, was great.

DON'T use this company. Scheduled a service call with an arrival time between 0800 am and 06:00 pm. Received a text at 01:00 pm stating technician was on the way. Called at 03:00 pm to ask why no one had shown up and again at 4, got a BS response from a rude dispatcher. Plumber arrived at 06:30 pm. Found a broken sewer drain line that I'm certain they broke on a previous visit. Quoted $14k to repair requiring 2 days and 2 plumbers. Out of frustration, I did the repair by myself for less than $300 in 1 day. This company is a joke and will rip you off. I emailed their complaint line twice and never received a response.

Had a leak in a pipe and on Saturday scheduled an appointment for Monday. Got a confirmation text and email but no time frame or other information. So I waited. Eventually I called, the lady, Jen, told me "oh yes, you're the next stop our plumber is on a job right now and you're next. He should be at your house by 11am." Ok. Great. At 12 another lady called me and said, "you're our next job, the plumber is on a job right now, you're next.
I don't know a time but you're next." Hours pass by. Nothing. All day. Nothing. Then I read a few reviews and thought to myself this may be a blessing in disguise. They don't have good customer service and their plumbing quality is supposed to be equally awful. The last thing anyone needs is an apprentice who wrecks havoc. Definitely won't waste my time on this company again!

***WARNING*** AVOID MY PLUMBER AT ALL COST! We called My Plumber to come and do a $49 Whole-Home Plumbing Inspection. They sent an apprentice (Dominic) who ended up breaking something under my kitchen sink and the water pressure went from 100% to a trickle. When I asked if he was going to repair the water pressure, he told me it was probably something that broke off when he was doing his assessment, but being an apprentice he wasn't equipped to fix it.
They then send a plumber to fix the sink but they expect me to pay for the repair, which is totally absurd. The plumber that was here then called a manager (Richie) who accused us of trying to get work done for free, "are you serious"?!?!, I simply want what was working before your guy got here to work as it was. My advice is to never do business with this company!
