Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found the problem right away, that another plumber claimed he had come to my rental home and claimed he did the repair.but NOTHING had been done. When I came to see the so called repair, everything was as I had left it, soaking wet towels in the same place and found that the flood had grown! The home is not rented yet, and there could have been a disaster for me, ruining beautiful new carpeting and more. Cal's Plumbing sent Ryan out to help me within a few hours, the same day. I am grateful for their service.

The only reason this is not a 1 star is because of the technician Paul. He did a great job and I was happy with his services. This comes down to what Cal's charged for replacing a 12 section of 1 1/2 steal pipe under my sink. They were on site give or take two hours and I was charged $1069. That is outrageous any way you cut it. If I was not in a bind I would have told them to leave my property. Let me say again the work was great and my only issue is the pricing.
It works out to something insane $400 per hour and crazy mark up on a little section of pipe. Good for all you folks who seem to have zero issue with getting taken to the cleaners. Shame on you for charging people so much money for very basic repairs.

From the office to the plumber, Kenneth Harlan, all were professional, courteous and efficient. I do not live in Tucson but needed a good plumber for a major job at a house I own and rent back to my son. It was a bit stressful finding a good plumber over the phone but when I contacted Cal's they went above and beyond in helping me get the plumbing problem solved even though I was 1300 miles away. Kenneth kept me informed throughout the work and patiently explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Cal's and I will use them again.

Had to shut my water off because of a bad leak under the kitchen sink. Called around noon and they were able to work me in at 4:30pm. Kenneth did a great job and we had a good discussion about the age of the home and other plumbing issues that will probably arise. I'm a realist so I appreciated that information. Second time that I've used Cal's. Great company.

I've been with Cal 's for (3) to (4) years--recently they fixed my issue that was covered under warranty. I would suggest getting their "Gold Plumbing Membership", as it comes with a yearly 70 point Plumbing safety inspection; water heater flush & tune up; toilet tune up, savings on all service calls; standard warranties extended to (2) yearsThey corrected a "low flow & low pressure condition in my water system. I highly recommend their technician Donavan Campbell. Donavan is very knowledgeable, honest and will not stop until he's resolved the problem professionally.

5 star service. They are extremely communicative - I received emails, texts and phone calls confirming the appointment, service and arrival for Tony to come do the work on my home. Tony was professional and went over exactly what needed to be done and the quote was a fair price. They scheduled the service quickly and had it completely fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work!
