We asked them to move the system from our old house to the new house. Without looking at the new house, they just removed the system and dumped onto our new house without installing. Christy behave so badly with us. Horrible customer service. Don't use them.

Had my new softener installed about a week ago by TJ. He did an amazing job installing, was very neat, courteous, and the installation looks great. From purchase to installation, I feel like the Rayne team has taken great care of me. Enjoying our new soft water and am very happy I selected Rayne Water.
