Critical: Responsiveness They were great last year. This year, they are not doing maintenance or servicing. They referred to another business that might (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but those guys aren't either.

Water heater went down. Owner called me back on a Sunday to let me know they were aware of the issue and worked to get someone there right away. They were busy but I opted to wait because the service was so good.

Jon Marland has very diverse set of skills and knowledge in all aspects I'm Plumbing and Heating. With regards to the new generation of high-efficiency heating systems, he installed a Navien condensing boiler providing both heat and domestic hot water. This is not your father's heating system. When you decide to upgrade to one of the new high efficiency systems, it is of paramount importance to install it correctly. Five Star Plumbing and Heating is ahead of the technological curve. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would give them a 10.

First time using Five Star. Very impressed with professionalism and quality of work. Had a new garbage disposal installed by Five Star, but the new unit itself was defective. When I informed Kevin, he and his team not only helped to troubleshoot the issue, but they brought over a brand new unit, and ensured all was working to our satisfaction. Felt a genuine compassion for me as a customer and will definitely use again!

Over a couple years or so, we've used five star plumbing for the following jobs: Running a Gas line from basement to kitchen for a gas range stove, installation of new hot water tank, kitchen sink garbage disposer, and steam boiler maintenance and cleaning. Decent variety of jobs, all done right the first time. Kevin the owner and John one of his guys, show up on time, are professional, and do a good job.
