Doug was amazing. He came out Sunday at 7:30 in the morning, about 18 hours after first talking to him. He took care of my sump pump issues in about 1.5 hours. I described my problem and he said he could be here the next morning at 8AM. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within 1 hour of arrival. Doug was timely, fair, and very knowledgeable. He realized I had a very simple problem with one of my toilets, fixed in 2 minutes, and didn't charge me. I will have to replace my other toilet and will definitely use Master Drains. I highly recommend. Service: Repair toilet

I can't recommend Master Drains & Plumbing enough. We called Doug to investigate and repair a leak in our finished basement. It turned out to be a break in the upstairs kitchen drain line that ran behind the dry wall in the room in question. Doug came out the next day, isolated the leak and had it repaired in less than an hour. He also worked with our insurance company to make sure they understood the situation making our lives a lot easier. Great customer service.

Doug Jackson appears to be an honest man. I made an appointment to check on my sprinkler system Anti Backflow Valve. He arrived at my house on time and quickly found that I was not using my air compresser correctly. He schooled me on the correct usage and turned down my offer to pay for his time. I was impressed.
