Highly unethical business. I have used this company several times for my condominium complex and for my personal residence. There is no lenience on the dispatch fee for longtime customers. Also, I had them out to repipe old lines and they only replaced 3/4 that was quoted on the job but they refused to refund or prorate any of the job because they said it was a bid not an estimate. Also, the workmanship was substandard - they cut into framing beyond what's allowed by code, damaged sections of drywall because of mistakes made, configured pipe runs that would make installing prefab cabinets and vanities a pain to install, and did not cover or clean any of their work areas.

When I called to request a review of the work, explanation of charges, and potential remedy for the work not completed I was met with a rude gatekeeper rep, Nicole, who turned all blame to me for not asking more questions of the tech. She refused to escalate to a service manager and had no sympathy for my situation. Very greedy and unethical company and I highly recommend staying away

I got three quotes before going with Best Plumbing on a friend's recommendation. The other companies had told me that my sewer drain was in urgent need of expensive repairs. Best Plumbing did a simple hydrojet treatment and informed me that the line was actually in reasonably good shape, saving me thousands of dollars on unnecessary work.

I did not have an issue with the Best Plumbing office staff and they were very pleasant to speak with. However the plumber Michael Barr that was sent out was very rude, condescending and argumentative. He even told me why can't I have an American name more like Mike or Joe or to change it so people like him could understand. If it were not an emergency, I would have called someone else. In addition he told me one thing and told the insurance company something else causing a discrepancy which took a while to straighten out. If you are looking for someone rude and condescending I recommend him otherwise I would request Best Plumbing to send someone else out because I felt he was very unprofessional.

Horrible service. Charge you for the estimate, which does not go towards the final bill. Scheduled three days out with a window, sent an email 20 minutes before the end of the window saying they were not going to make it. Wasted 1/2 a day of work and the couldn't reschedule for 3 days. Went with someone else who will be in tomorrow and does not charge for estimate. I WOULD NOT USE BEST PLUMBING. WORST PLUMBING

The technician was great. Apparently our emergency service call appointment was not relayed to him though. I called about an hour after the appointment time and he said that he would be there in another hour and 15 minutes.
