I contacted Bieg Plumbing about fixing the main water valve inside my house a week and a half before a scheduled appointment, stating I needed an appointment in the second half of the day. They told me they could not guarantee an appointment if a hospital or school called and that I should check with them they day of the appointment which I did. I called a 10:00 AM to see if they were going to be able to come out before using 4 hours of vacation time to get this work done.

I was home at 12:00 noon and waited and at 3:29 PM they called and said they were not coming out. I lost 4 hours of vacation time for nothing. YOU CANNOT COUNT ON BIEG PLUMBING TO SHOW UP. DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

The plumber came out to look at our sprinkler system pipes. He ordered a part and when it came in, returned to replace it. With further inspection he realized there was a crack that would require a complete replacement, upwards of $1000. I asked if we could plug it and do this later and not only did he not charge me for the part we ordered, but after 2 hours of work he didn't charge for the visit! I'll definitely use them when we decide to replace the system.

I have worked with Bieg over the past 5 years at multiple homes owned and leased out. They are always timely when I need them most. The same guy has been servicing us for the past 5 years which means Bieg treats its employees right, and employees treat customers right. Services: Sewer repair, Drain cleaning
