Brian from StS came out today to fix the exterior faucet on our home which had been broken since moving in. This was the second time he had been out to the house, first to fix our leaking upstairs bathtub that I had poorly attempted to fix myself. Both experiences were fantastic, could not recommend highly enough. Brian has always been on time, very professional - courteous + knowledgeable, and affordable. Very thankful he was able to help us out so quickly when we have a newborn and cannot do much around the house these days.

Our sewer line was clogged. Sinks to Sewers came out to look at it. One of their employees spent several hours working hard on the problem but was unable to fix it. He was courteous and professional the whole time. There was NO CHARGE for the service call and he referred us to another company. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling Sinks to Sewers for future work.

I'm grateful I called STS to repair my leaking shower faucet. Pat, Ed, and grandson Owen did a fantastic job. They were very helpful when we discovered my lifetime delta faucet was discontinued (basically obsolete) and advised I obtain warranty parts from the faucet company. Ed was very personable and a great problem solver when said part was missing parts and had incomplete instructions. Price was fair, service was quick and professional, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend and will most definitely call STS again when I have my next plumbing issue.

Had two toilets that needed to be repaired. The office staff was friendly and helped us schedule a convenient appointment. We scheduled for 3:00PM and Eddie was here literally at 3. He fixed everything promptly and took the time to explain everything. Great service. Great value. Will use again. Service: Toilet repair

The whole team at Sinks to Sewers, from the office staff I worked with to schedule the job to Eddie who did the initial investigation, to Brian who came to fix the problem once identified, was absolutely incredible to work with. They returned phone calls promptly, were on the job on time, were friendly and professional, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. Would recommend 10/10.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I have been unable to get a response from the messages I've left. The first time we used this company it was a great experience. The man was knowledgeable, respectful and honest. The second time we used this company we needed both our outside faucets fixed. They came in June 2021 and both are already leaking, it's July 2021. For 600 dollars I expected better quality.

Both of the plumbers that came to my house were nothing like the fist guy. They were rude. One of them used our bathroom literally three minutes after they shut our water off and didn't flush. Gross! The fact that I can't even get a call back is disappointing. I thought this was a company that took pride in their work. Guess we will be using another company from now on.
