Peter is The Drain Team's owner and has been with the business for 17 years. His primary focus is customer satisfaction. If a customer has a complaint, it is immediately investigated and resolved. Customer service is the cornerstone of his business, and it is his goal that everyone be treated fairly. Marc is our Operations Manager. He has been with The Drain Team for 16 years, and is a State Certified Plumbing Contractor.

He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the business, along with attracting, retaining, and effectively managing personnel.
