We had a leak coming from the tile floor in multiple places of our home. We called Home Team to find the leak. They sent a Salesman to our home and he got on our roof and put a camera in our pipe. He showed my wife pictures on his phone of what he said was a break in our "cast iron pipe" and told us he could fix for $5500.00. We were extremely happy and paid up front to get on the schedule.

A couple days later "John" the technician came out to repair. He was confused about the location of the leak so he went up on the roof and put his camera down and said that we don't have cast iron pipes, we have ABS and there was no leak. He made sure the pipes weren't cast by knocking a 1' x 1' hole in our bathroom wall (which also cracked our exterior stucco), then went to the laundry room and did the same. Jeff, the owner came out and couldn't figure it out as well.

They called HydroScout out and they determined it was a water vapor intrusion coming from the concrete slab. I made several attempts to get some of our money back to no avail. I am contacting Better Business Bureau about this Deceptive Companies Practice.

Excellent plumbing company! Fixed a clogged drain in my bathtub due to roots in the drain line. I was almost certain I was going to have to replace my entire tub after speaking with one plumbing company. Thank you Home Team Plumbing for making this a great experience that didn't cost a fortune!

I was having issues with our usual plumber and after waiting 7 hours for them to arrive called Home Team plumbing. They came in 45 mins and gave me an answer why we were having repeated issues so we could finally fix it, rather then call them back out every 2 weeks (like my previous plumbers). Extremely professional and will definitely do business with them again if needed!

Called for a handful of plumbing issues that needed some attention. Jordan showed up on-time and was very professional. He was actually very organized for a plumber. He went above and beyond to keep each area of my home he was working in very clean. I couldn't recommend Jordan and Home Team Plumbing enough. Thank you!

Theron showed up for an on-site inspection only 15 minutes after my placing initial call. He came out first thing the next morning, on time, and got the job done in a timely manner. He quoted me a fraction of the initial plumbing company we used, did good work, and stuck to budget. Best part was the customer service; he explained exactly what the problem was, what had been done, and what the options were including pricing. Will definitely use again.

Called Home Team Plumbing with a laundry list of repairs to a 1953 home we just moved into. They were able to come out that day for an estimate and scheduled a full days worth of work just two days later. Theron came out and was extremely friendly and professional. They made the issue worse. Was charged for three hours of work for a 30 minute job which resulted in the plumbing leaking. Then ignored me for a day while my plumbing was continuing to leak. I had to go elsewhere to fix their incompetence. They also cracked my tile flooring during the job.

Team Member Eli was amazing. I had a very deceptive leak and he was able to find it and repair it. His ability to talk me through each step, and to treat my home with care was excellent. I will definitely call Home Team with any other concerns in the future. Service: Leak investigation and repair

Extremely expensive. Look around at priced before choosing them. Guy seemed knowledgeable but also didnt inspect almost anything to give me the price he did. Wants $2200 to put in a mobile home shower pan and surround thats 54x26. The bathroom is completely remodeled so it should be extremely simple. Then tech says only 1 guy in company does mobile homes lol. Save yourself the time

They kindly accommodated us on a short and urgent notice but I was disappointed by the organization of the team. We called for an emergency need at my grandmother's home. The office staff didn't have any information to offer me when I called for an update. They claimed they didn't know what it would cost or when it would be done. I asked for an invoice and never got one.

I received a call at 9:30am the Monday following indicating the plumber was on his way and he didn't show up until nearly 11:45am. My grandmother thought it would be done Sunday and it wasn't completed till Monday. There was an overall lack of attention to detail and the whole process was very confusing. I'm trying to help my grandmother organize and it was extremely difficult to do so with this team. They got the job done and as far as I know my grandmother has no complaints about the work.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Awful experience. Could not have gone worse. Came to them for a simple shower diverter fix (leaky faucet/low pressure). They some how ended up making the problem worse then charged me triple what the company I hired next to fix their incompetence did. The plumber also cracked my tile floor during his visit. My sewer main was clogged with roots. I mean totally clogged. Of course it finally failed during the rainy season. They had to set up well points to dewater it was so bad. After two weeks of dewatering and constant rain, they said they couldn't make us wait any longer and told Elijah to finish in the rain, during a tropical storm. I thought there was no way he would finish in one day after all we'd been through, but finish he did! Elijah is a fantastic young man, personable, kind and a really hard worker! I highly recommend this company. They absolutely rock!

I own a rental home in Pinellas County and live out of state. I called Home Team Plumbing and asked if they could come do an estimate for the issues I was having. They came out that same day, right on time when they said they would be there. Gave me a reasonable estimate, explained in detail what needed to be done and we scheduled the appointment right then and there.

Next week they showed up again, right on time, got the work finished faster than they promised and the price was very fair. I've had zero problems since Home Team Plumbing came out and they made sure of it by following up with me the next month. I would highly recommend this Plumbing company to anyone who has high standards and expects phenomenal service. They will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

When the main water supply line to our house ruptured we got one unresponsive quote, one outlandishly expensive quote and then were so happy to find Home Team Plumbing! Jeff came out and gave us quote right then and there and the next day he secured a permit and his team got right to digging. They were cautious with our pavers and very capably maneuvered new piping into place and had us back in business in no time! You could not ask for a better Team!

Putting in a new swimming pool we discovered the sewer line was going to be in the way. Jeff and Hometeam Plumbing were able to get my sewer moved within a week! They had to work around my sprinkler system, rainy days and complicated permits with the city due to the other work going on at my home. Really pleased with their work and professionalism, I would hire again.

We recently had our shower done and needed help with the plumbing leaking. They had advice over the phone and the service man, who I wish I could remember his name, was wonderful. He explained everything made sure everything was done right. Most of all he was professional and I would recommend them anytime.

Tried to do a simple repair that turned into a nightmare. Wanted to replace a hose, and the entire valve snapped off the pipe at the wall. On a Sunday. Called other plumbers advertised as 24/7, and got no answer, or 'I'm booked'. Called Home Team, was told that I would get a call within an hour. Nick called about 20 minutes after my call, and was at the house less than an hour after I called.

He told me the up front cost, and made sure that I understood that it would be more based on the work that needed to be done, and that the service charge would be wrapped into the total cost. Nick fixed the broken valve, and was gone around 2 hours after my first call. Nice work. I recommend Home Team, and will be calling them again for future work.

We use Home Team Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They have been wonderful to work with in every aspect and the knowledge of the business is impeccable and their prices are more than reasonable. We had then replace all of our main drains in the back of our office, install all new kitchen and bathroom plumbing and topped it off with be more than courteous to all of our staff while working on site. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and company. What a breath of fresh air!
