Water Heaters
We provide comprehensive water heater solutions including installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Our licensed technicians diagnose issues like inconsistent heating, leaks, and pilot light malfunctions while offering energy-efficient replacements. With expertise in tank-style, tankless, and indirect-fired systems, we ensure reliable hot water supply tailored to your property's needs.
Tankless Water Heaters
Our tankless water heater specialists handle installations, repairs, and replacements for continuous hot water solutions. These energy-efficient systems eliminate standby heat loss while providing endless hot water through instant heating technology. We help clients choose appropriate gas or electric models while offering government rebate guidance and long-term efficiency benefits.
Drain Cleaning
We resolve clogged drains and slow-flow issues using advanced cleaning techniques for residential and commercial properties. Our services address grease buildup, hair blockages, and recurring drainage problems through mechanical cleaning and high-pressure solutions. We identify root causes to prevent future issues while restoring optimal pipe functionality across kitchen, bathroom, and sewer lines.
Sewer Repair
Our sewer repair specialists address line blockages, cracks, and root intrusions using modern diagnostic and repair methods. We perform spot repairs for localized damage while offering full replacements when necessary. With video inspection technology and hydro jetting capabilities, we resolve backups, foul odors, and structural pipe issues while minimizing property disruption during repairs.
Earthquake Safety Valves
We install automatic natural gas earthquake safety valves that protect properties during seismic events. These devices detect ground movement and immediately shut off gas supply to prevent explosions and fires. Our certified technicians handle proper placement, code compliance, and manual reset procedures while working with insurance requirements and utility company standards for residential and commercial installations.

They did a awesome job installing new plumbing on our Anacortes home. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing service and repair. Most of the time they have the parts right on their truck to complete the job needed.

1 of the things that I like most was the ability to schedule & communicate with them (Shawna) electronically (email) and not have to leave multiple voice mail messages to make arrangements etc. Their tech showed up on time, was EXTREMELY courteous and did an excellent job. AND they ended up charging me < the quoted price!

Had some drainage issues and called for assistance. After very thorough investigation, they discovered we had a collapsed sewer connection -- with the access point being roughly 10 feet underground. They give you estimates prior to starting work. They're professional. And they got our complex job done ahead of schedule. Based on past experiences with other plumbers, I also know their rates are very fair. Would happily call on them again.

I contacted them to repair a copper pipe I screwed into accidentally. They came as soon as avail, (sooner than the others I called). Estimated the work as described and got busy fixing it in very short order and I didn't lose my shirt! Plumbing is fixed "professionally" with clean solder joints rather than JB wet weld which we were afraid would not be permanent enough! GREAT professional Aaron couldn't have been better to work with! Found out the company is Veteran owned and he's a Veteran as well! Thanks for a job well done!
