Doctor Water Heater

Just used Dr. Water Heater to convert my heating system from radiator steam heat to baseboard hot water heat. Im very pleased with the quality of work and the customer service I received. The technicians were knowledgeable and did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. I definitely recommend them.

Tony and his people were fantastic every step of the way on our project. He kept me informed, and the work was good. I couldn't ask for more, but his people were also extremely courteous and cleaned up when they were finished which meant a lot to my wife and me! Will recommend him to anyone.

I just love Dr. Water Heater. A couple years ago they replaced a broken water heater and this time they redid an ice maker connection for my refrigerator. They are excellent workers, very reliable, return phone calls (so important), clean up when finished, and very friendly. They do MORE than water heaters. Tony is the best!

What a lifesaver! Tony was available and informative. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Great service provided by Tony and his team! He guided us through all the options for a new water heater and helped us pick the right one based on our need. He knew ins and outs of how water heaters work and explained in detail why one option would be better than the other. He also spotted a few things based on the location of our water heater and recommended solutions.

Dr Waterheater went where NO other plumber would!! Had several other plumbing companies come to give estimates on replacing a water heater. They didnt want my business. Turns out the installation was a challenge. Only a very skilled plumber would be able to do the job. I by chance found Tony he called me right back asked questions had me send photos of the waterheater! He cared. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. I called the Doctor Water Heater yesterday after finding my hot water heater leaking all over my basement floor. Tony came out quoted the job immediately, detailing all aspects of the work. By 4pm the work was completed and Tony took his time to review the new system. The quote matched the invoice. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled and I deeply appreciate his professionalism.

Anthony, Tony as we affectionately calls him, is friendly, reflective and skilled in all things plumbing. tony assesses the situation quickly and efficiently, performs the work skillfully and discusses each step along the way; he is clean, meticulous and prices the job competitively. I believe Tony aka Anthony Intile is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, genuine, master plumber who is expert in every aspect of Hot Water Heater Installation and current safety codes. I had a very old water heater which was desperately in need of a replacement. He arrived on time and provided free consultation; He patiently explained what needed to be done while we went through dimension/plumbing/venting/aspect of space limitation and based on all of these criteria he recommended the right water heater.

My old water heater was in very tight space but Tony did wonderful job at replacing old heater and installing new one at the same place. On the installation day he and his crew arrived on time, quickly and efficiently completed the installation. In primary consultation he suggested few improvements to match the current code of safety. He suggested to change main prv (pressure relief valve), upgrade to copper piping and widen venting line.

He also worked things out with township office to shut water supply on the day of installation. After installation I had to call him on two occasions; both times he came to take a look and did not charge us. I also called him regarding a problem I had with my furnace which had a pilot issue on Sunday Morning at 7am :) and Tony was polite and gave me right advice that solved the problem.

Overall I could not have asked for a better plumber/water heater installer than Tony. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I would certainly recommend Tony to my friends and family member.

Hot water heater was leaking. I put out a cry for help on home advisor and he called in 5 minutes. His professional and calm demeanor eased my tension. He arrived first thing in the morning and within 3 minutes knew what was wrong and why. He replaced everything, got the system up to code, which included having to make a 4 circle in BRICK! Because Ima Nurse did a lot of above and beyond extras for free. The entire job was done before my kids had to start school! You simply wont find better than him. Thank you so much! My entire experience with Dr Water Heater went smoothly. Everything was itemized. I knew how much and exactly what I was getting. Tony and his assistant worked neat and clean. They are good plumbers to know.

Had my old, leaking water heater replaced. They did a great job. The old heater was jury-rigged with pex tube. They replaced the pex with all new copper fittings for a much cleaner, and stronger connection. Above all that, they had to deal with a long flight of 65 stairs!

I Highly recommend this service, they were amazing! Very fair prices, quick to respond, punctual,very knowledgeable. Service was excellent and will definitely use them again! Tony was honest and very straight forward on finding a solution.

My hot water heater failed (leaked all over the basement) and I called Doctor Water Heater because I noticed that the owner lived a few blocks away from me. I am so glad I did. Tony came over on a Sunday and did not charge me anything to take a look. I had asked him about a secondary plumbing issue. I had agreed at this point to move forward with the water heater and he mentioned he wouldn't mind taking a look at the other issue. Tony came over 8 am this morning to troubleshoot the secondary plumbing issue, and he didn't charge me anything for this service.

He took the water intake yoke assembly apart 3 times to make sure it was sealed up, but unfortunately it had expired its durable life. He knew that I had someone else coming to fix it, but had tried to save me a couple of bucks, which, as a young homeowner, I appreciate. You can see he is very passionate and enjoys his line of work. Tony ended up going to another job site to complete a project, but was communicative and extremely flexible with my work schedule and said he would come back in the afternoon. Tony came with his service rep, also Tony, and they both installed my new hot water heater in about 2 hours.

I had an emergency after hours and my water heater blew out. I looked up in Google to find out who can attend to this issue during this time when everyone is avoiding house visits.. after 3 unsuccessful tries with various companies, I chanced upon Doctor Water Heater. and Tony was there in 10 mins, fixed it to avoid having to live the night without water, and got the unit replaced the morning after.
