When Paul came out for the initial assessment he was great at informing me that the work that needed to be done was a lot and needed another assessment from his boss. Chris immediately came out and assessed all the work that needed to be done and got the fair estimate back to me in a timely manner.
When Scott and Adam came out, they quickly got all my plumbing issues resolved outside and inside my house. It was no easy feat, but Scott did an great job on updating the old plumbing and fixing all the mistakes from previous plumbers. He explained everything in detail to me and was very courteous and professional. We recently contracted with Zimmerman Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for home duct cleaning and replacement of our hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner. This job was scheduled for a three day timeframe. The work was completed on time to our total satisfaction. The workers are outstanding and their attention to detail is top of the line. The entire process was absolutely seamless to us as homeowners. We could not be happier with the end product and we would absolutely recommend Zimmerman's to everyone.
