Kevin came out for n emergency at my house over Memorial Day weekend. It was like 11pm at night. He was great. Very professional and was quick to make the repair. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Sewer cleaning, Sewer repair, Toilet installation, Toilet repair, Shower installation

I requested a drain line installation to facilitate the placement of laundry appliances. Two employees showed up to provide an estimate. They informed me that they required a $75.00 non-refundable deposit for an estimate. I agreed and gave them a check. They cashed the check on 2/27/22. A month later I called them requesting my deposit back since they had not given me an estimate. They agreed to provide a refund.
It has now been two months since they cashed the check and no refund. Do not provide them a deposit prior to the performance of work. Addendum: I just received the check for $75.00. Somehow it was mailed to City of Stuart, who were gracious enough to forward to me. Maybe they have my estimate. Perhaps an honest mistake. Still I now am seeking another estimate from a different plumbing service. A waste of my time. I added a star for the possibility of an honest mistake.
