Services
Hydro Sewer Jetting
Hydro sewer jetting uses high-pressure water (up to 4000 PSI) to clear blockages, grease, and tree roots from sewer lines. This method restores full flow by thoroughly cleaning pipe walls, preventing future clogs. Our advanced equipment ensures efficient, long-lasting results for residential and commercial properties.
Sump Pump Installation
We install durable cast iron sump pumps from trusted brands like Zoeller and Liberty to protect basements from flooding. Backup systems with separate discharge lines ensure continuous operation during power outages or heavy rainfall, safeguarding finished basements and stored valuables.
Water Heater Repair
Our technicians service and replace all major water heater brands, including Bradford White. We address leaks, ignition issues, and efficiency problems while offering 24/7 emergency support. Upgrades to energy-efficient models help reduce long-term utility costs for homeowners.
Camera Inspections
Using advanced camera technology, we diagnose sewer and drain issues without invasive digging. This allows precise identification of cracks, blockages, or root intrusion, enabling targeted repairs that minimize property disruption and reduce overall costs.
Toilet Repair
From minor leaks to full replacements, our team resolves toilet issues efficiently. Fully stocked trucks carry essential parts for immediate repairs, while our expertise ensures proper installation of new fixtures to prevent future malfunctions and water waste.

Have used Universal multiple times for multiple services big and small! Great work and advice during each visit. Would highly recommend them. My most recent interaction involved a shower drain cleaning. They came out within 48 hours of me calling to request an appointment, I got both texts and a call when they were on their way, and they were quick to resolve our issue! The plumber even helped describe how I can remove our drain cover so I can keep it clean myself plus let me know the drain was getting clogged due to a soap we were using. I always feel like I have a partner collaborating with me when they come out to service our home.
