I'm really impressed with the responsiveness and the professionalism of Mattex. Having never used their services we reached out to them one evening when our water heater failed. Surprisingly they sent a tech to our home the very next morning and were able to install a replacement water heater the same day. Also impressed with their tech savvy and a totally paperless transaction. We will for sure call on them again.

Austin came out on a same-day call. He was great! He found the problem with the AC unit very quickly and was able to offer multiple solutions. Since we need a new unit he gave me some advice on what to talk about with the salesman and what type of products would be offered. Our new HVAC was ready to be installed less than 48 hours later. The installation techs worked quickly and made sure everything was set up and running perfectly. This is our first time dealing with Mattex and we were not disappointed!
