I contacted them to do a repair on my toilet. They gave me an appointment time of Monday 10am. No one ever showed up. When I finally got through to them on the phone they profusely apologized and gave me another appointment for the following Monday at 9:30am. Its now Monday at 11:30 and they haven't shown up. I just called and they said their technician couldn't make it because he is at another appointment. I missed 2 days of work and still have a broken toilet.

Company was called to unclog a toilet that a cleaning cloth was flushed down. They came out couldn't find the cloth simply pushed it further down the system allowing the toilet to flush but when laundry was done the next day water was everywhere both bathrooms all over the place, sewage. They had to come out a second time and this time they pulled out the cleaning cloth because they use the proper tool to do so.
Then they have the gall to charge me for a second call to complete a repair that should've been done right the first time! I waited 3 hours pass my appointment time for them to come out, Not professional.
