As with any service industry, Rudy's is always busy. But if they say they will be there, they will. They have helped me with many plumbing and gas fire place issues. I give them 5 stars because they deserve them!

Rudy's is a life saver! Heater issues with an old gas stove( bought from them years ago) Both Linda and Keith are great very helpful! This is the best in service here on south shore!

Absolute WORST people in Tahoe. Horrendous communication, extremely arrogant and rude tech (Jason) and even worse attitude from the office. Never approved any of the work they did, then they had the audacity to upcharge us out of spite. Charged us 3x the retail price of a thermostat that we never agreed to have replaced. Horrible, horrible customer service. Their vans are a visual clue as to the type of work/service you can expect. Absolute garbage company.

Rudy's sends friendly, efficient people who do their jobs well. They may take a while to get you on the schedule right now, but only because they're super busy. I've been very happy with the two things they've done at my house.

I have been a long time user of Rudy's plumbing. In the spring of this year I called them about a broken pipe. They said that they did not have anyone to come out and fix it. The previous year, (2017), I called then to come out and repair a broken pipe, They sent Tracy out. He repaired the pipe. I paid him $149.99. After he left I could still hear water running under the cabin. I called him right away, but he would not come back.

He said to call the office. OK, I called and they came the next day and I had to pay another $149.00. He should have check thoroughly for leak and fixed them both at the same time. They used to be good. I will never use them again. I have also heard other people say this in our tract. They seem to have a habit of charging more than once for the same thing. They are busy now because of the economy. One day the economy will not be so good and perhaps they will not be so arrogant. 9/8/2018

I have a condo in upper Kingsbury with a malfunctioning Fireplace insert. No one seemed interested in helping until I called Rudy's shop - where I was well treated by caring and capable people. They are fantastic! even though they only service in California, I received professional advise, support and the parts needed to get my fireplace incert up and running like new. Thank you - well done - for sure my go to place.
