Couldn't be bothered to call to schedule install. We'd made arrangements for a new a/c and furnace back in early spring. As my mother is elderly we wanted to get an install date before the heat and humidity hit. I called and explained our purpose for wanting a date and was told Dave would call. One week later I called and let them know I hadn't gotten a call. It was the exact response, that Dave will call.
I said it's been a week and they said the same thing. I asked if getting a phone call was asking too much. I got a snarky response. I called Duitsman Plumbing and Heating in Estherville and got a better deal and they installed the AC the following week. We talked to Dan on May 31st and I'm sitting in air conditioning today! That's how you do business. Under promise and over deliver.

In an area where it can be difficult to find an appliance repairman to come in a remotely timely fashion, this was a breath of fresh air. I called first thing in the morning for our A/C leaking and they were able to fit me in just a couple hours later. When I have been used to hearing "early next week" this was a reason to celebrate! Jesse was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
