I called them once a few years ago for repairs on my home and they no called no showed and I just recently called them about repairs needing done at the hotel I take care of and I was sent to a voice-mail and that was 4 days ago and once again they never called me back to talk to me about the very expensive repair I wanted to give them. Oh well I guess I will never call them again. I have never had a good caring experience with them

The guy showed up and was nice enough. But that's about it, he wasn't motivated and I'm not sure he had plumbing experience. I get it's hard to find help these days but your companies name is on the line. 5 hours later I was charged $640.00 to replace a sink basket, cut and replace part of a drain line that was already exposed and plug a valve on a water heater. And I had to take the sink drain basket apart again and putty it so it would stop leaking and clean up his mess and screw the access panel back. I called the office and obviously somebodies banging the secretary because she was clueless and didn't know much of anything.

Didn't use their services. Called them up because my sink was not draining and immediately they asked for my credit card and let me know how much it was going to cost ($95.00) from the moment the technician left for where I lived. I had someone come to my door(unrelated to the plumber) and when I said one minute let me answer my door, she put me on hold or? Couldn't get her to answer me afterwards so they lost my business.

I have been told by countless people to demand a refund. I have been so sick over this for three years I have not put up my ceiling as I will lose almost a foot of ceiling height from my plumbing coming so far down. A supervisor even saw it and asked if I was happy. I told them no this was not what I asked for. He said well technically it's not done incorrectly we could come and redo it but we would have to charge you for it but I am sure you can get a discount. Honestly since this time moving forward I have never hired anyone to come help me but once.

It makes me sick. This company has had to redo their work on another occasion also. I have had several contractors at my house and my insurance claim adjuster even took pictures because he could not believe what they had left me with. So I am getting a ceiling put on and wanted to post pictures of what they have left me to work with. Hope this helps in making your decision to use this company.

I was having clogged pipe issues and Satterlee came and unclogged the pipe and figured out that there were roots in the line. Had to dig up and replace some of the line, but so glad I called Satterlee. They have fixed all my plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't use anyone else! They know their business and do the job right!
