Services
Septic Pumping
Our septic pumping service thoroughly cleans tanks and cesspools using specialized equipment to remove solids and sludge. We inspect baffles, measure accumulation, and backflush systems to restore optimal function. Our technicians handle both residential and commercial systems of all sizes, ensuring proper waste disposal while maintaining environmental compliance. Regular maintenance prevents costly system failures and extends service life.
Drain Cleaning
We tackle challenging drain blockages using high-pressure jetting and electric rooter machines for 1-18 inch lines. Our team removes roots, grease buildup, and debris while offering video inspection to diagnose issues. Commercial clients benefit from heavy-duty equipment capable of clearing municipal sewer lines and implementing preventive maintenance programs to avoid future clogs.
Terralift Solutions
This innovative technology rejuvenates failing drain fields without excavation by fracturing compacted soil and restoring percolation. The process aerates saturated ground, extending system life by creating aerobic conditions that enhance natural treatment processes. It's a cost-effective alternative to full system replacement that can be completed in a single day.
Portable Restrooms
We provide clean, well-maintained portable restrooms for construction sites, weddings, and special events. Our service includes delivery, regular sanitization, and waste removal. We offer handicap-accessible units and hand-washing stations with an 85% bacteria-free guarantee through our advanced disinfection system, ensuring safe and hygienic facilities for any occasion.
Septic Design
Our MPCA-licensed designers create customized septic solutions based on site evaluations and soil analysis. We handle permitting requirements, determine optimal tank placement, and design drain fields that meet local regulations. Advanced design capabilities include pressure mound systems, pre-treatment technologies, and solutions for challenging soil conditions or high-usage commercial applications.

I had a major clogged drain. I called Northland after attempts by others to help and/or getting no call back from others. Northland's website was impressive so I contacted them. Their customer service was impeccable. Their response was timely. Scott educated me about the reason for my problem. He was professional, efficient and informative. I will use Northland for all plumbing, septic and drain clog needs in the future.
