The technicians were nice, timely and explained the results of their inspection. However, I never received a list of what was included in the ac maintenance after requesting a few times by phone and in person. Also, I would think that if you are servicing an outside unit that you should remove the leaves out of it. Service: A/C system maintenance

They diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs in less than an hour. I was pleased with their timely response and with the work they did to fix the problem on a hot weekend day!
