The people at this company were so easy to work with. Our water heater broke and they had someone out the very next day to install the new water heater. They also took care of a couple repairs for no extra cost, which was very kind. They were also very transparent about the price, so there was no confusion or surprises at the end of the job. 10/10 would recommend. :

Rob came by to check our water softener as we felt it wasn't functioning properly. He had actually installed our softener several years ago and I remember him from that experience. He was very nice, highly knowledgeable and above all HONEST! So today when he arrived I knew I was in good hands and grateful it was him! I had an experience with Any Hour that was not pleasant to say the least. Also had an experience with Neerings to which I felt they were not straight with me and suggested items that needed to be corrected and replaced.

I was having a thumping in my pipes and Collin came out, I told him what the problem was showed him what it sounded like and he was super quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Collin was very professional and kind. Parley's PPM will definitely be my go to moving forward!
