Can't say enough about the professionalism of the techs. Our 19 year old water heater began leaking and the techs did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and ultimately recommending a replacement. They were clear on the total cost of the new water heater which was delivered and installed the same day. I've already recommended them to others.

They put a faucet on my sink, which works fine, but they didnt light my hot water heater, and the water in my sink only runs when my shower runs. I called to list my complaints but they told me they had no one to take a look at their work. I paid them as soon as the work was completed, the guy his name is Dale is refusing to send anyone out until next week, while I have already paid for their shoddy work.
