Citywide Plumbing & Drain Service

Repaired my toilet that had been broken for $250 since I bought my house. Guy was very nice and honest, would use again! Edit: Also came by to replace a busted water main line. I got a quote from Superior Plumbing to do the job for $4900 with PVC Black (which is not good pipe) and City Wide said they would do it for $3100 with copper (much better), they also gave me a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year full guarantee. I have not had any issues with it since. Cain was a nice guy too.

I have used Citywide exclusively for the past 10 years due to their quick responsiveness and friendly, reliable service. Tiny came by today to unclog my out drain to the street. They came to my home to fix a problem. But then a smell arose after they left. It took them 3 visits to find the problem (b/c it wasn't always smelling). We just had the best plumber service with Mr. Cain Rigdon. He is absolutely the best. He was very professional and personable. He will work through the steps on what his going to do and explain thoroughly on why. We were learning so much from him as well! He has to work 48 hours straight. We were his 5th job of the day. Although we had to wait for a minuet but he is definitely worth the wait! Highly recommended!

Great service! We had a bad water leak in our main line and CityWide Plumbing came right out and gave us an assessment and plan for correction. The work was excellent and the technician was skilled, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to others. Pricing was competitive.

The technician arrived on time, was properly masked, and provided me with alternatives for the repair. The ideas he presented were very good. Once I chose an alternative, the repair was done to my satisfaction. The repair technician was also able to give me a discount on the total repair cost. It did not expect that.

The Citywide Plumbing Co. contacted Very quickly after I searched for a plumbing contractor. They promised they would be at my home within the hour and They Were! Theu unclogged my drain within the first few minutes, on the first attempt, after they arrived. I am EXTREMELY pleased with Tiny, the plumber who performed the service. He was very polite and could not have been nicer.

Jose, showed up on a Sunday when countless other companies were closed or denied us service until Tuesday. We had a pipe break in our basement. Jose showed up within 20 minutes of us calling him. He located the problem, then got the proper materials necessary to repair it. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it!

The best thing was we were not overcharged some ridiculous amount. Since his visit we have saved their phone number in our cell phones should the need for a great plumbing service and professionals ever arise again! Although this is a home I bought for my son Patrick to live in, I reside in Gulf Breeze, Florida. I have used City Wide Plumbing for all my plumbing problems and I can truthfully say that the experience has been outstanding. They have always responded quickly to my problems and have outstanding and knowledgeable employees. Their services are fairly priced too.
