Woke up Saturday morning to a clogged main sewer line. I tired contacting a couple of other plumbing companies but all were closed for the weekend. After speaking with the service for Craig Plumbing I received a call within a couple of minutes from Frank who said he would be at my house in an hour. When Frank arrived he knew exactly where the problem was and had the clogged removed and the line cleared in a short amount of time. Craig Plumbing has been added to my contacts and I will be referring others to them. Thanks to Frank for your great work on Saturday!

EXCELENT! absolutely the best plumbing company I've ever seen in my 55 years! We have a vacation house in town and needed a kitchen faucet replaced and all the ancient plumbing under the sink ripped out and rebuilt, also needed a splitter put in to feed water to the fridge and needed a ball valve replaced in the back yard that wasn't shutting off properly when turned off due to the calcium & hardness of the water in Arizona.

I called NUMEROUS companies and couldn't believe the amount of flakes out there that wouldn't even return a call and then the ones that did happen to show up acted like I was asking them to rebuild the space shuttle and just couldn't do this simple job. I was getting to the end of my rope and figuring I'd just have to take some time off work drive into town for a couple days and do this job myself since we don't actually live there 24/7 but luckily I ran across Craig plumbing, I called and asked if they serviced my part of the world (which was another problem with other companies that just didn't want to come to Parker AZ). and they said "Sure no problem we go out there once a week and will get you scheduled up the next time we're out there! GREAT!

I asked to have the tech call me when he was almost there so I could tell him where the key was, he called & I explained to him how to get into the home and where the fixtures were that I wanted installed, He then did the job, sent pictures to my phone, locked the home back up, put the key back in its hiding spot and explained to me that he couldn't fix the ball valve in the back yard because the main water shut off wasn't working properly so It wouldn't allow him to cut and weld on the new ball valve so I had to call the city to fix their valve in the street, The next day the city fixed their valve so I texted Craig to let him know he could come back out whenever it was convenient to do the other ball valve on the house, He responded and said he'd be happy to get me scheduled up the next time he was in Parker which he did and called me a few days later telling me he was all finished and was ready for payment! I've SERIOUSLY NEVER in my life dealt with such a professional individual as Craig @ Craig plumbing and would refer him to anyone that needs something done, I wasn't nervous at all about leaving a key for them either with how professional they were over the phone & told me that they have a lot of customers that do this.

Great service. Great work. Cleaned up after themselves & treated our home like it was there own. 1 too 10 they get a "20". Will definitely use them again if I ever need something done again. Great job Craig & thank you very much. Lifelong customer here!

Had a kitchen sink shut-off valve break and also needed the shower arm updated. They were great to deal with and wanted to help take care of my problems. Morrie did a great job getting the appointment set up and Frank showed up and got everything taken care of professionally and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We are very happy with Craig Plumbing, and I cannot recommend them enough! Prices are reasonable, and service is very professional, timely and thorough. They moved a gas line for us, replaced a toilet flange, and properly secured a new toilet that I had installed (flange was more work than I wanted to get in to). Our bathroom floor was uneven, making for an odd toilet install, but this was no problem for them. Thanks so much!

Craig of Craig Plumbing came earlier as expected ( which was a good thing). He fixed the seal on my RO system and checked my water pressure and did a replacement. He was personable and courteous and explained what was going on in simple terms. Highly recommended!

We had some roof work done and due to no fault of the roofer, ended up with a leak in our wall. Tried multiple plumbers during the day with no success. Finally got in touch with Craig Plumbing and they said as soon as they had someone free they would be here. Two hours later. Frank Mason from Craig Plumbing was at our door.mind you, we had to turn off the water from 9am till when Frank arrived.so we were definitely ready to be done! Frank diagnosed the problem immediately as a nail through a mis-laid water line (roofer would have NEVER known) and fixed it within an hour. Price was reasonable and his service was wonderful.relatively clean considering he had to saw a hole in our bathroom ceiling, but we now have water and the leak is no more!

Called Craig plumbing after I discovered a large hole and a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my garage. After going down the list and striking out with other plumbers, Craig Plumbing answered the call. They patched the leak and saved the weekend for us. The price was reasonable and the work was done quick. Thanks again Craig Plumbing.

The plumber showed up on time, as promised, fixed the problem in under an hour. Rates are reasonable and courteous service to boot. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a toilet stopped up on Sunday and called Craig Plumbing in the morning. They came from LHC to Parker in about an hour and took care of the problem professionally and efficiently. I will absolutely call Craig Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing problem in the future.

Main drain was clogged. Had them snake it out. Backed up again next day. Snaked it out again, and had them put a camera down the main line. Found the pipe separated in two locations and roots were starting to clog the pipe. We scheduled a repair of the main drain line. Got a quote that appeared reasonable. After job was done, Craig Plumbing called and the final price was considerably lower than originally quoted. Finally found a plumber I can trust and will continue to use them in the future. I came to our vacation home in Havasu late Thursday night. I turned water on to the house and as I turned valve on, the whole thing broke off in my hand. I called Craig plumbing that night and spoke with plumber on call. I decided the problem didn't warrant an emergency call out and just decided to call office at 8:00am. Well before 8:00am next day I got a call from Morrie.

He said they could have someone out by 9:00. Before 9:00 the plumber was at my house. He had to turn water off to entire complex! Within an hour I was back in water and so was the complex. I highly recommend Craig Plumbing!

Called Craig Plumbing at 12:30 pm today to fix a leaky water pipe in our attic. They said Morrie could come out between 3-4 pm today. He was early (a good thing!) and promptly fixed our issue. Very reasonable price also. Yay Craig Plumbing!

Incredible service. Called and was scheduled within 45 min. Tech was out to my house on time and fixed my water leak within an hour. From calling to paying my bill was all of about 2hrs. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience with Craig's plumbing

Called Craig Plumbing this morning to get an estimate for installing a pressure regulator and shut-off valve at my Laughlin home. The price was good and we scheduled the installation. Josh, the plumber, arrived promptly. We talked about the project and he went to work. He was well organized, neat and professional. The piping joints he completed were beautiful. I was really happy with the final results and price. Nice job!

I have used Craig Plumbing on several occasions here in Havasu river the last 10 years because they are professional and stand behind their work. Most recently I needed valve replacements in our laundry room - that decided to leak during the evening. Called Craig Plumbing left message and first thing next morning received call from Morey and plumber was here within 30 minutes and repairs made. Plumber was efficient, polite and did an excellent job.

There was a small hiccup in that repair truck did minor damage to the portico across the front of my home that driver point out to me. Craig Plumbing ( Brett Wilcoxson) responded rapidly - within minutes, was understanding and had repairs scheduled that afternoon. Unfortantly they fixed the wrong main pipe that did not have a leak it ended up being in the wall where the main enters the home 1000k later Van Rooy can out and had it fixed in an hr. the plumber was a great guy just think he was giving the wrong advice on what to fix.

I hired Craig Plumbing 5 months ago for a master bath addition, after they were out the first time to start the project, we could get not get a response, we have had to chase them and repeatedly call them to try to get them to finish the job, after 3 months they still had not ordered the fixtures, one month later they still are missing parts, they installed the bath tub but never connected the over flow drain so they had to cut our new drywall and did not even tell us, we found it when we came home. I can not get a return phone call or get the job completed.

We called Craig's Pluming for service on 2/10/16 and the technician Steve came to our assistance. We had a blockage in our sewer line. Steve ran a 3/8 cable down the sewer line in the laundry 75 feet. He then ran it twice 60 feet down the roof vent. He said that he pulled back roots and the this would take care of our problem for a week or so until he called out a back hoe to dig up the sewer line to put in a clean out. Steve left at this point.

The estimate was $225 cash and we had to pay and extra of $30 for going through the laundry drain total was $255 he had no change so he ended up with $260 cash. Then two flushes later the bathroom was flooded and the water spreading to the rest of the house. The following day we went to harbor freight and bought a power snake. Then we ran it down the sewer pipe one time and the sewer has been draining correctly ever since.

Last night we discovered that the bathroom ceiling was filling up with water. Upon further investigation the A/C drain that was removed from the roof vent so the technician could run the cable down and try to clear the sewer was not replaced properly and it was sitting next to the vent on the roof. I have placed it back to drain down the vent. Please be sure that people are not trying to take advantage of you before you agree to dig up you main sewer line, or cause water damage to your house. Thank you for your time and beware. Craig's pluming has corrected the problem with the ceiling and replaced and repainted the damage drywall. Clay

Like a lot of homeowners in Havasu, my copper water pipe in the ceiling sprung a leak and yep, the ceiling and insulation came crashing down. Based upon a referral, I chose Craig Plumbing Services to handle the plumbing repairs. The service technician determined that the original plumbing was installed with a galvanized nail bent over the copper pipe to keep it from rattling.

The dissimilar metals caused the pipe to weaken. The plumber was knowledgeable to know that he needed to determine the extent of damage to the pipe and had to replace 6' of weakened pipe. Fortunately the remaining pipe was held with plastic clips. I needed photographs for insurance purposes and the technician readily took and texted me the pics. Pipe leaks that are not a result of a deep freeze are typically not covered by homeowners insurance; however, the technician had to displace a lot of drywall and insulation in order to access the leaking pipe.

This part of the work was covered by insurance and Craig Plumbing was willing to separate the plumbing labor from mitigation labor. I am super-pleased with the services I received and the fees were very reasonable. I give them Two Thumbs Up!
